Résidence de ski privée à Avon : vue sur l'Eagle River !

From the owner: "Thank you so much for your amazing review! We’re thrilled to hear you had such a fantastic experience and enjoyed all the amenities, especially the sauna and hot tub. Knowing you found the beds comfy and loved the location makes us so happy. We love it when our guests enjoy the amenities including the beds, sauna, riverside hot tub, and convenient location. We hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable stay soon!"

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re pleased to hear that communication and check-in went smoothly, but we’re genuinely sorry the portable cooling units were not sufficient to keep the condo comfortable during your stay. Your experience confirmed that they are no longer an adequate solution, and we have decided to replace them with central air conditioning to provide more reliable and consistent cooling throughout the condo going forward. Summer in the Vail Valley is typically such a special time, with the lovely river, beautiful golf courses, terrific bicycling paths, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Guests can also enjoy the many activities and savings available through the local summer discount card. We sincerely regret that the unusually hot temperatures and inadequate cooling prevented you from enjoying the condo as comfortably as you should have. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helped us identify and prioritize this important improvement for future guests.

From the owner: "You’re so very welcome! We’re thrilled to hear that your stay was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t agree more—our freshly renovated riverside home, with its stunning views from every balcony, truly offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Plus, being so close to Vail and Beaver Creek makes it easy to enjoy world-class skiing, hiking, and dining. We can’t wait to welcome you back soon!"

I'm glad to hear that the property was clean and well-decorated, providing a pleasant atmosphere for your stay. It's great that the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing you to cook and enjoy meals together as a family. Having a good time cooking and sharing meals can be a wonderful way to bond and create lasting memories. The convenient location for ski resorts and grocery shopping is definitely a plus, as it adds convenience and makes it easier to access the amenities and necessities you need during your stay. I hope you had a fantastic time and made cherished memories during your stay. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to let me know! We would love for you and your family to stay with us again!

From the Owner: "Hello Casie! Thank you so much for your kind words—we’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and had a great time at the condo! It’s wonderful to hear you loved the location by the Eagle River and made good use of the pool. We really appreciate you letting us know about the maintenance items as well. I’m so sorry the hot tub was out of commission during your visit and for the other small inconveniences. We’ve already taken steps to address those issues to ensure future guests have the best experience possible. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us!"

That's fantastic to hear! It's great that we were helpful and able to assist you during your stay. Having a well-equipped kitchen is always a plus, and the two full baths and sauna must have added to the comfort and relaxation. We love tub by the river too! Being close to both Beaver Creek and Vail Village with easy parking is definitely a convenience. I'm glad to know that you had such a positive experience and plan on renting the condo again. Enjoy your future stays! We look forward to hosting you!

From the owner: "I'm glad to hear that the location of the condo was great and allowed for easy access to various ski resorts like Beaver Creek, Vail, Copper, Keystone, and Breckenridge. It sounds like you had an amazing ski trip! I'm glad the hot tub was working when you arrived. The issue with the TVs could have been resolved by reaching out to us, but it's understandable that it wasn't a significant concern since everyone was able to watch Netflix on their phones. Basically, the TVs are Smart TVs and logged into Firestick, Peacock, etc. We are available if there is ever a question. It's wonderful to hear that the beds were super comfortable and that the price of the condo felt appropriate. The recent deep cleaning, along with new linens and towels, added to the overall experience. The great view of the river must have been a lovely addition to your stay. I'm delighted to know that you would consider staying there again for your next trip. We would love to have you stay with us again! Parking being easy and the condo being on the second floor with just a few steps is definitely convenient. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I hope your next trip is just as enjoyable!"
