Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood near Crosby Landing Beach and the Cape Rep Theatre, SALT AIR is the perfect single-level retreat for your Cape Cod getaway. This inviting cottage features two cozy bedrooms and one full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to six guests with the addition of a new pull-out futon in the den.

Step outside to enjoy a private deck furnished with seating for four, a charcoal grill, and a fully enclosed outdoor shower—ideal for refreshing after a day at the beach. The spacious yard and furnished back patio offer a serene, private setting to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for easy meal preparation, including a lobster pot, serving trays, complete cookware, coffee maker, and toaster. A washer and dryer located in the basement add convenience for longer stays.

Combining comfort, convenience, and classic Cape Cod charm, SALT AIR offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable summer vacation. Let this delightful cottage be your home base for exploring all that Brewster has to offer.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
