This inviting cottage features two cozy bedrooms and one full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to six guests with the addition of a new pull-out futon in the den.
Step outside to enjoy a private deck furnished with seating for four, a charcoal grill, and a fully enclosed outdoor showerâideal for refreshing after a day at the beach. The spacious yard and furnished back patio offer a serene, private setting to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for easy meal preparation, including a lobster pot, serving trays, complete cookware, coffee maker, and toaster. A washer and dryer located in the basement add convenience for longer stays.
