With two cozy bedrooms and one bathroom, the residence comfortably accommodates up to six guests, thanks to a new pull-out futon in the den. Outdoors, guests can relax on the private deck, furnished with seating for four, a charcoal grill, and an enclosed outdoor showerâperfect for rinsing off after beach days.
The spacious, private yard and furnished back patio offer a serene setting for enjoying Cape Cod's natural beauty. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, from a lobster pot and serving trays to all essential cookware, including a coffee maker and toaster. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the basement, making this home ideal for extended stays. This delightful residence combines convenience, comfort, and Cape charm for a memorable summer vacation.
