The host was amazing! This house feels like “our home”. Incredibly comfortable, the amenities are amazing, and the view is spectacular! The home is great for entertaining due to the overall space, the kitchen amenities, and what’s available on the property and in the surrounding towns. We will come again! Cooks Bay - Great stay

This is a beautiful property for a wonderful stay with Family for our Daughters Wedding at the Three Feathers Terrace.Very Spacious, very comfortable, clean and a great view of the Lake. Excellent outdoor deck, backyard and dock make for a good cottage experience We are looking forward to visiting again soon. (Paula was very helpful and check in was super organized and easy)

Stunning lake front oasis

Absolutely perfect - the space has everything you’d need. It is luxurious yet homey, and Paola was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. This was a beautiful space to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Highly recommend and you’ll have the time of your life!

Family Vacation

Making memories, we are a family of 10, 6 adults, 4 active kids 4 to 8, this lake house ended up to be “more” than what the pictures show beautiful but homey. The yard area is lovely, with everything you need to relax. The hosts thou we did not meet in person had thought of everything to make our stay memorable. Clean, comfortable. We would certainly recommend this property.

Stunning Home on the Lake

Would we agree with this review of the rental house before I post it:We stayed at this beautiful lake house during a wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the home was clean, well-maintained, and packed with thoughtful amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools and utensils we needed, and the high-end touches—especially the built-in coffee maker—were much appreciated. Each bedroom was cozy and well-prepared, complete with extra blankets and plenty of towels. The spa-like bathrooms were clean and beautifully done, adding to the overall comfort. The peaceful lake views were the cherry on top. We truly enjoyed our time here—despite a busy weekend, we wish we had more time to enjoy the space. We would definitely stay again!

Paola our host is spectacular. Her place was impeccabile. Clean, fresh. extra blankets, towels… Paola. Responds quickly when asked a question. The view to the Lake is out of this world. We had a wonderful experience with our quest. Thank you so much. Would definitely go there again.

Beautiful Lakefront Property

We had an excellent stay at this Lake Simcoe property. Our family rented this for a ski weekend, it is stunning! Every possible amenity, highest quality of kitchen appliances- some I didn't figure out how to use (cappuccino machine). We used the hot tub which was prepared before we got there, cozy for 2 but I think has 4 seats. We had a very cold weekend but the hot tub was perfect temp. The only thing that wasn't great was the wi-fi went down Saturday evening, and didn't come back on while we were there- but we had plenty of other things going on. All in all, this could be the best place we've stayed- beds and bathrooms, all top of the line. Thanks to Paola for sharing her beautiful property with us!

Luxurious and Spacious Cottage

We are a group of 8 newly retired old friends who love to gather and cook together. Let me start by saying the photos advertised on Vrbo don’t do this place justice. It is even more impressive in person! This cottage is quite new and kept super clean. It is also very tastefully decorated. The sleeping quarters were very comfortable, the ample washrooms were supplied with a variety of toiletries, and towels and bedding provided were very nice quality. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and then some. The tableware was designer and beautiful, and the appliances were top end. Needless to say, it was perfect for our group. The living and dining areas were also very comfortable, spacious and furnished beautifully. There is a large deck with a bbq, lots of seating, and a table and chairs to eat outside. And ladies, there were no cob webs to deal with. Everything is very clean. We enjoyed using the canoe, paddle board, paddle boat, and hot tub. In the lower level of the cottage there is a room full of wonderful gym equipment and a spacious laundry room available for use. We also used the adjoining lot for our lawn bowling games. On arrival and departure, we appreciated the two wagons available to haul our belongings to and from the cars and cottage. The fenced in front yard was also very helpful with our two little dogs. I will credit these landlords for thinking like true hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ♥️
