Perfect place for our needs

Perfect place for what we needed. Been traveling to park city for 20 years and have stayed all over. this was a perfect location for our needs. Super close to the Canyons resort. It isn't clear, but the unit is in an apartment building. I thought it was stand alone. It really made no difference at all. Itrip was extremely responsive to our requests. If you are traveling, this is a perfectly located condo.

Got the job done

The location is great at the base of the canyons and the shuttle service was very convenient. The property itself was very clean, but the description of there being three beds is inaccurate and needs to be updated. There are two king beds and a barely twin sized pillow on the floor. Which was okay for a 4 year old to sleep on but no adult would want that location. The carpet in both bedrooms is separating from the floor and has carpet staples out. Very unsafe for bare feet. Additionally check out procedures were okay but taking all of the trash 3 floors down to the basement is quite cumbersome, especially considering we pay a cleaning fee. This should be removed as a requirement. Overall with a little maintenance and updated listing I would definitely stay again.

Actual apartment was good, the rest, guh

First, we arrived early and not concerned with checking in early, just needed a place to stash the bags (3 in total). Long story short got the run around after asking for the best options, and then were told "sorry there are no options." We wandered through the property and there were gear lockers, with locks, open and ready in the patio of the property. I sent the message back to the "managers" and they said, "thanks for letting them know." Seems like something they should know right?Then we go to SLC to kill the hours before we could check in. We get word that we can check in about 2 hours early which was cool. So we leave SLC for Park City, door code doesn't work. I ask managers what to do, and they tell me check in isn't until 4pm... I tell them the only reason I was trying was because they told me I could check in early. They say "oh ya, sorry" try this other code. like what?!? None of them work so we just mill around for 90min and suddenly a code works (local Maintenace guy was great). Then, long day on the hill, looking forward to the hot tub (which was def a reason we booked this place). Just to find a hot tub that looked like a biohazard and was closed. Boo. No warning or indications of this beside a tipped over sign at the edge of the hot tub. No tub for the 4 days we were there. TLDR: the apt itself was great. Management felt like they had no clue about the actual property. Hot tub was broke. Ultimately not a great value IMHO with the caveats.

My husband and I were there for the SundanceFilm Festival. The condo was very convenient to the Shuttle Bus Hub to get into Old Town. Our friends were skiing and the Cabriolet Lift was located next to the Shuttle Bus Hub. In addition, the condo was beautifully appointed, very homey and comfortable with indoor parking. Wonderful stay!

Great stay

We enjoyed our Blackstone Flats location and the home was beautiful. The only issue we had was with the door code which was resolved quickly. The hot-tub and pool were well maintained and the clubhouse to change in was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay here. Property was very clean and pictures are very accurate. Only issue we had was trying to get in. The digital code we were given did not work, so we called the management team who got back to us very quickly. After about 20 minutes the codes worked and the doors opened. We look forward to hopefully staying in this property again.

Fabulous property & terrific location

This is a gorgeous condo and a fantastic location. I was there with my 14yo teenager & my 74yo mother and had been looking for a place that was “cool” and also convenient — it was both. We walked back&forth to the gondola each day with skis/snowboard no problem which was awesome. You can see the heated pool from the kitchen so I was very comfortable letting my teen go to the pool/hot tub/gym on her own. There were more than ample toiletries and supplies. We all agreed we would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful Park City condo

Our family of 4 (boys age 12 & 15, shared BR) stayed easily at this corner condo. It looked just like the pictures! Management communicated by both email & text, and was super responsive to our questions. We never walked to the gondola, as a bit far for our taste, but the free Canyons Village Shuttle (just tip via cash/Venmo!) took us everywhere we needed to go in minutes! The condo is very nice. We had another family over for dinner for 3 nights, and there was just enough room for the 9 of us to stand, sit & cook comfortably. Nice to have the extra 1/2 bath in foyer too.

Property was as advertised. Garage was a big plus since it snowed several days we were there. Only down side was couch was most uncomfortable to sit on — limited towels in bathrooms and the outside area did not appear to be open. We would stay again.
