A Wonderful Place to Stay

Our stay overall was amazing! We had enough space for everybody and we all had great beds. Sleeping felt very nice and comfortable to us. There were really no problems with sleep and all the things provided to us were fantastic. Everything was clean and the temperature felt great when we got there. We loved staying and we were sad to leave. Thank you so much again for how great you set up the place for us to stay in. We are so excited to come back soon. The pool was also great to swim in. Thanks!

Spring break

Me and my family had the most amazing experience staying here. The condo was absolutely beautiful and communication with the owner was great we had one issue with the toilet upon arrival and he immediately sent someone over to fix the problem. And within 15 minutes it was done. And Mr Tom the man he sent was an absolute gem. Truly loved our experience and would definitely recommend to anyone and will rent from him whenever we come to Branson. Perfect location for anything.

Great Location

Carpet needs to be replaced with plank flooring. Furniture could be replaced. Condo was clean, had a great view of the lake and was convenient to everything on the strip. Would rent again.

Overall, a great get away. Was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. Dirty, stained carpet, and tables had not been wiped clean from previous guest stay. But, amenities were great and a great location and lake view!

The property is perfect if you enjoy relaxing by Table Rock Lake. The enclosed sunroom has a great view along with air/heat. We spent all our leisure time in there. Excellent clean condo!

Very clean and “fresh/new” property - great for young families. One bed seemed smaller than the queen as advertised (prob full size). Very impressed with the property and will surely stay there again. Great find!

Perfect condo, great amenities

I stayed here for a solo weekend trip. The condo was perfect. It was just as listed on the site. The kitchen had everything I needed. I loved the jetted tub and the patio. The view from the patio and sunroom is beautiful.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful. The condo was nice. It did have several stains on the carpet that made it look grundgy and would love to have a couple of recliners. One in sunroom and one in the Living room. I enjoyed the patio but didn’t like that the neighbors had to the right had 3 pit bulls (2 unleashed ) that barked and growled at me with one charging into the patio at me. That was alittle stressful!! Chris was great to work with and we had a fun time overall!!

Perfect getaway

The condo was perfect for my getaway. It’s super clean and didn’t have any odors. It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need! I cooked every meal there. I loved the sunroom. They’ve literally thought of everything. There’s things for kids and there’s plenty of tvs so everyone can watch what they want. They provided all kinds of brochures on Branson and the surrounding area. I will definitely be staying again.

Spacious!

We enjoyed the view, the beds, large kitchen with open floor plan into the living room. Back patio where we sat out to eat meals and watch the Branson Belle float in the evenings. Easy to get to and checkin was so easy. Beds are a little firm and couch beds are on the short side for tall people. Shower with whirlpool was immaculatly clean and the shower head gave a nice spray. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels for everyone. Lots of fans available and all the bedding was there for making out 3 couch beds. Lots of pillows. Games and books for the kids.

Property was nice. Looked like picture on Vrbo. Sun room had a very musty smell. Couldn’t sit out there. Bed in master suite is about done. Very nice place just needs a little upkeep

Could be a good place to stay.

We spent our time having to flush the commode in master bath by hand. Handle didn’t work. The oven was very dirty ( something had tripped into bottom). We didn’t use the oven. Carpets need a good cleaning and dust you could write your name in was on the shelf under tv in living room. Location was great and I would love to stay again when it is properly clean.

Wonderful facility to experience Branson Variety

The facility was Outstanding. Only 3 minor annoyances: 1)The road to the Facility is 120degree turn off a major highway with limited sightlines. 2)The road is very dark and narrow at night. 3)Limited cooking utensils. The host is a joy to work with. The view is delightful. Well stocked brochures of thing to do in the area, if new. Many options for TV usage of apps beside good cable.

Great Stay

Everything was as expected. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. Only issue, need a new coffee pot. Ran the clean cycle as suggested and it didn't help. We never could get a full pot of coffee. Also both clocks on the walls in living area need batteries. We would stay here again and would recommend. :)

Great Stay...Except for the Dogs

We enjoyed almost every single aspect of our stay. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager/owner was very attentive to any need we had. The only negative was the dogs from the condo next door. We'd get up early hoping to go outside to sit on our back porch to look at the lake and enjoy the coolers temps while we ate our breakfast; however, we didn't get to do that either morning we were there because the dogs' owners would like them invade our space and back porch. I guess that is a risk you take staying on the first floor.
