- NOTE: The property might not be suitable for young children as there is a brook that flows through the property. At certain times of the year, the brook creates a small pond that is unfenced. Adult supervision is recommended when accessing the wooded area around the home
- NOTE: Per the town of Royalston, no outdoor burning (including fire pits) is allowed on red flag days. It is also recommended to call the fire department before using the large firepit to tell them you are having a 'cooking fire'
