Neighborhood is still being redone so it’s not really a place feel comfortable walking to the store by myself. The house was very clean and well equipped.

The host was EXTREMELY helpful when we had a problem with the stove, and was so nice! They had someone come and fix the issue the very next day. The beds were very comfortable and we were very happy with our stay. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was honestly the lighting in the bathrooms. We rented the house for Momocon, which is a costume-driven event. I got the vrbo because of location and the amount of bathrooms so everyone could get ready. The lighting in the bathrooms was VERY minimal. Which made putting on costume makeup impossible in the bathrooms. But that is honestly my only complaint. If I could id give it 4.5 stars but that wasnt an option.

House was great, everything described online was as it said it was. We felt very safe with the multiple cameras and self locking front door. We were very close to our venue, easily Ubered to and from. The host reached out a couple of times to check in. Very helpful.

Beware the location

Property was nice inside and well appointed. Upstairs didn't cool very well but was manageable. The real issue was the neighborhood this property is in. We never felt safe in the home or surrounding areas. We were attending an event at GWCC and took many uber/taxi rides going back and forth. All of them were surprised we were staying in the area and many explained how unsafe it was going into great detail. This is partly our fault for booking in this area. My hope in writing this review is that others have a heads up before hand.

After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following: -We are sorry the upstairs did not cool enough during your stay. We wish you had contacted us about this issue or any other concern during your stay. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. The house has two Ecobee smart thermostats, upstairs and downstairs. Desired cooling temperature can be set under comfort settings, this information is in the welcome book -We're sorry your safety was called into question upon arrival. We take the safety of our guests seriously and the property has outside security cameras around the house. We've never had issues with guest safety and do advertise the location of our home in our listing so that guests can be aware of our location and neighborhood. The city of Atlanta has a strong police presence as well We take our guest experience seriously and strive to provide an enjoyable stay for each guest and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
