Enjoy a pool table, ping pong, foosball, board games, cards and books for all ages.



For younger guests, we also provide coloring books, sketch pads, colored pencils and crayons.



🛏 BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The home features 5 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and bedding. The bedrooms accommodate 10 guests in standard beds, with additional flexible sleeping options available for larger groups.

• Bedroom 3: King bed

• Bedroom 4: Queen bed

• Bedroom 5: King bed + twin foldable bed

• Game room: 2 twin foldable beds

The home has 3 full bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, washcloths and hair dryers.



The primary bathroom also features heated floors for a little extra comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils and everyday essentials for preparing meals during your stay.



You’ll also find a drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender and other kitchen basics.



The dining area seats up to 12 guests, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

The huge, fully fenced private backyard is a guest favorite, offering families and groups plenty of room to relax, play and spend time together.

The home features two large decks:

The backyard also features a fire pit with seating, giant chess and cornhole.

West Beach is just a short walk from the house, making it easy to enjoy the waterfront without having to drive.



The home is located in Shippan Point, a waterfront residential neighborhood close to Downtown Stamford, restaurants, shopping and Metro-North.



🚗 PARKING

The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with space for 1 additional vehicle directly in front of the house. Maximum of 5 vehicles permitted per reservation



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and property, including the fenced backyard, deck, game room and driveway.



Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property



The Neighborhood:

Shippan Point is a waterfront neighborhood set on a peninsula along Long Island Sound, offering a relaxed coastal setting just minutes from Downtown Stamford.



West Beach and Cummings Park/Beach are nearby for beach days, walks and time by the water, while Downtown Stamford offers a wide selection of restaurants, shopping and entertainment.



The Stamford Metro-North station also provides convenient access to New York City, making the home a great base for guests who want both a coastal stay and easy access to the city.



Getting Around:

A car is convenient for exploring Stamford and the surrounding area, and the home offers parking for up to 5 vehicles.



Downtown Stamford and the Stamford Metro-North station are about a 10-minute drive from the house. Metro-North provides convenient train service to New York City.



West Beach is approximately a 15-minute walk from the home, so you can enjoy the beach without having to drive.



Other Things to Note:

Construction is currently taking place at a neighboring property, and occasional daytime construction noise may be heard, particularly outdoors. We will remove this notice once the work is complete.
