Resort Plaza’s unbeatable location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort and numerous amenities right at your fingertips. Easily walk to shops and restaurants in the surrounding plaza and numerous activities right out your door, or pick up the free city-wide bus service nearby to explore all Park City has to offer.

Resort Plaza 5051 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that sleeps up to four guests. The living room offers comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV with Xfinity cable, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. When you are not dining in one of Park City’s world-class restaurants, easily prepare a bite to eat in the well-equipped kitchen and dine at the dining table with seating for four. In the summer months, the private deck offers the perfect location to relax and reminisce about your day as you soak in the views of the mountains.

The main suite offers a peaceful retreat for a great night’s sleep with a king-size bed, cozy gas-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV that hides away in built-in cabinets. The shared bathroom is accessible from the main suite and offers a bathtub and shower combination.

For your comfort, this property offers air conditioning and a private equipment storage area. Resort Plaza offers complimentary fiber wi-fi and elevator service. Complimentary underground parking is located at the Lowell Condominiums and a year-round indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness facility are located on the first level of The Lodge at Mountain Village. Please Note: The Resort Plaza parking garage has a height limitation of 6 feet 10 inches and alternative parking for oversized vehicles is not available. There are limited parking stalls for SUV’s between 6’ and 6’ 10 on the main level. Additional parking via a garage elevator is available for vehicles under 6’.
