Escapade à Crested Butte : à moins de 7 miles de la station de ski !

Thank you Pragna! Have a wonderful rest of the summer and I hope to have you return soon!

From the owner: "Thank you, Pamela, for the 5-star review! Please come back again and refer us to your friends and family!"

From the owner: ''Hi Dina, thank you so much for the 5-star review. I’m so glad you and your party enjoyed our home, we try our best to exceed expectations and give you the best experience in order for a hopeful return and referral to your extended friends and family. Please contact me for your summer booking and I’d be happy to you!''

From the owner: "Thank you for choosing our home for your stay! We hope you come back and refer us to your friends and family!"

From the owner: "Hi! Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I’m so glad your group had an enjoyable stay at The CB Lodge. We also love the wrap around patio with gorgeous views wherever you look and I’m so glad you were able to put the provided bikes to good use. I hope y’all come back and enjoy the winter as well!"

From the owner: "I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your time at our home. While I don’t have control over how close the neighboring houses are or when new ones are built, I can assure you the photos we’ve shared still reflect the home itself. We took them about four years ago when the neighborhood was just being developed, and the house has remained just as it’s shown. I truly hope you’ll keep us in mind for a future visit and recommend us to your friends and family."

From the owner: "Hi Lara, thank you for your 5-star review! It was a pleasure having your group stay with us, and I'm so glad you had fun at The CB Lodge. We hope to see you again for future vacations!"

From the owner: "Julie, you and your party were such lovely guests. I’m so happy you enjoyed our home. We try to make it a home-away-from-home and provide the extra amenities where we can. Hope you come back and refer us to your friends and family. Have a great year and please come again!"

From the owner: "Marcia, thank you for the suggestion of adding additional outdoor seating - we bought more chairs right away. These will be available for future renters and of course yourself (hopefully on your next stay)! The house does sleep 16 as listed because of the queen size sofa bed in the living room. Maybe this was unnoticed, but it is available if a guest needs it, and the linens to the sofa bed are in the half-bath next to the laundry room. Thank you for your feedback and we hope to see you again!"

From the owner: "Hi Michael, thank you for the 5-star review and I'm so glad you and your guests were able to enjoy our home. For future stays, we appreciate big gatherings, but have stated clearly in our house rules that no parties are allowed that exceed the home capacity of 16 guests. If you do stay again, please make sure this is considered. I was told by the neighbors that although your festivities were lovely and pleasant to the neighborhood, there was a significantly large gathering at the house. Unfortunately we were charged extra for cleaning as well. That being said, I'm so happy the bridal party was able to be together and congratulations to the happy couple."

From the owner: "Hi Kyle, thank you for the positive review, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay! We will stock up on kitchen towels as you suggest for the convenience of future renters. Thank you for the comment! As for the entrance, we will consider an alternative entrance into the house in the future. I hope you come back to see us on your next trip to Crested Butte!"

From the owner: "Hi Marlene, thank you for your review. Regarding your comments, we corresponded during your stay about the propane being empty and apologized for the inconvenience. We took accountability for it not being ready for you and reimbursed you for the propane tank and gas to get a new tank during your stay. Also, the grill was dusty on the outside, but as grilling goes, once your burn the grill and scrape them off, they're good as new! We will make sure housekeeping has the grill wiped down for the next guest. Thank you for your suggestion. As for the toilet paper, it is stated in the house rules and contract that we provide you enough to get started, but due to personal guest preferences and usage amount, it is impossible for us to have all the toilet paper you need at The CB Lodge. We hope you come again and we will be ready to exceed your numerous expectations!"

We are thrilled to hear that you found our home beautiful, spacious, and comfortably sized for your group, and that you enjoyed the amazing views and convenient location! We sincerely apologize for the arrival experience regarding the laundry, dishes, and washing machine, and we have addressed these issues with our housekeeping team to ensure it does not happen again. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the temperature control; because heat rises, it can be tricky to manage, but we are providing space heaters for the lower level to ensure a comfortable stay for all future guests. Thank you for your review!

Homeowner's Response: "Gayla, thank you so much for the 5-star review! I'm so happy your group had a wonderful time and enjoyed The CB Lodge. We try our best to accommodate our guests' requests as much as possible and go beyond expectations. I look forward to your return. Please share our listing with your friends and family so that they may also have a fantastic experience! Happy New Year!"
