Cette unité au 5ème étage comprend 2 lits queen, deux lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit queen-size, avec 2 salles de bain complètes, une cuisine complète et un lave-linge séchant. Pas trop haut pas trop bas, cette unité est au centre du bâtiment et la vue est fabuleuse. La chambre principale dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran large 4K UHD Smart TV.

Le WATERPOINTE 1 est situé dans le quartier paisible et familial de North Myrtle Beach, à Windy Hill. Il dispose d'une piscine intérieure chauffée, d'un bain à remous, d'une piscine extérieure, d'une piscine pour enfants en plein air, d'un espace grill avec des tables de pique-nique et de deux terrasses. Le hall d'accueil spacieux est équipé d'un coin salon, de tables, de chaises et d'une télévision. Nous sommes à moins d'un kilomètre et demi de Barefoot Landing, d'Alligator Adventure, de House of Blues et d'épiceries. Seulement 2 miles de Walmart, Outlet Shopping, Centre commercial Myrtle Beach et bien plus encore !!!

Perfect location for family vacation

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and close to shopping and right on the beach. We had our 3 kids and 2 of our kids brought friends and we had plenty of room.

We enjoyed our stay. We bought beach chairs and an umbrella and left them for the next group in the storage room on the deck. It was easy to get to the beach. Everything was as it was shown on the website.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the condo and close proximity to the beach which was exactly what we wanted. Far from the action of MB yet 20-25 min drive if desired. Lots of excellent restaurants less than 10 minutes.

Great vacation! Great ocean front space. Love that it is family Oriented. Well stocked kichen except needed a baking sheet. Decor a little busy for my taste but will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Great place

Perfect location for attractions, restaurants, etc. Condo is oceanfront with beautiful views. Unit sits in the middle of the building with a fun, beachy decor. All beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Rental agents were attentive and easy to work with. Will definitely return!

Thankfully Blessed.....

This was our family's first year away from home for the Thanksgiving holiday; however, it will jot be our last. We truly enjoyed ourselves and 504 Waterpointe I was the perfect home away from home for us. The location was awesome, we'll definitely rent again. The Buchanon and Polk Family.....

Nice property. Not too big and crowded. Barefoot Landing only a 5 minute car ride. Maybe some blackout curtains in the rooms that are facing the back to block the light in the walkway. Would stay here again.

We loved the view! They had everything we needed at the condo. The pools were great too!

We had a great time at this condo! The two rooms with queen beds were a nice size and the third room had the two twin beds and a chest of drawers (which is about as much as can comfortably fit the space). My boys (9 &11)LOVED the room with the twin beds- felt like they had a wonderful spot for themselves! My favorite part was for sure the balcony ❤️💙❤️

Great Spot and nice place

Very nice, we liked the property and would rent again. The only thing I would do and this might be nit picking is to replace the master bed mattress. Because you know nothing ever happens there. Overall really nice pools, elevators worked great, etc.

Perfect Beach Location

Wonderful view and easy access to ocean. Loved the beach decor throughout with TV’s in all bedrooms as well as the living room. Very comfortable stay for us with our daughter and 7-year old grandson visiting from Louisiana. Quite spacious for a beach condo. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Only issue was the TV remotes were all different and somewhat confusing to operate. But overall, our stay was very enjoyable and the location is perfect. Highly recommend!

Nice Unit

It was obvious a lot of thought and work went into the upkeep of this unit. Much attention to detail. Loved there was no parking garage to navigate. With parking across the street it was easy to come and go. The location was also centrally located to most NMB attractions and restaurants.

Charming Condo

The condo was decorated with many “beachy” items. The clothes dryer was rubbing the under side of the kitchen counter which caused a burning smell. Also, it took forever to dry clothes. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

This condo has new bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring. My only suggestion to potential guests is please consider reading the other 38 reviews on VRBO for this property which have an over rating of 4.8 Stars out of 5.0 There was a cleaning issue when guest arrived which was brought to our attention and cleaners returned to take care of it. Hey Y'all

The location was great, no contact check-in was great. The condo needs major work. The shelves on the wall look as if they will fall at any given moment. The legs on the kitchen table were very loose, there was mold around the air vents, the shower in the master bath had a very slow drain. The washing machine smells of mold. The walk to the beach was very easy.

Hello Anna - some of the issues we were unaware of so thanks for pointing them out as they are easy fixes, those being the drain and the table legs. In fact had you reported them upon arrival I would have sent someone to take care of all the issues. We often rely on guests and/or cleaning companies to report these things to us. I will also get in there to see what the issue is with shelfs. As for the washing machine this is very common with front load washers and most units actually have label instructing guests to keep the door of washer open as much as possible. With the humidity the washer dampness just will not dry up. It is not a cleanliness issue it is just a common place issue when living in this environment. Same actually goes for the vents. That is not mold, it's dust/dirt that sticks to the vents. It sticks because when warm air from open doors comes in contact with the code metal vents the dust sticks to it. These get wiped down on a regular basis but not necessarily during each cleaning. Fortunately for us and the owner none of the items would be considered major work and can be easily taken care of.
