This villa was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful view overlooking the pool and the beach - very lush and tropical! The Host was very responsive and helpful as well as very accommodating to make sure the one unexpected inconvenience with the refrigerator did not take away from the ambiance and enjoyment of our stay. The villa was comfortable, beautifully appointed, and spacious! Amenities were plentiful for cooking and starting your day with a delicious cup of coffee enjoyed on the balcony overlooking a very tropical and relaxing view. I look forward to staying at this villa again in the very near future.

The location is great. Second floor was good because it was more private than the first floor and we did not need to worry about our granddaughter walking off. The pool was very nice a not crowded. The ocean was very close and it was a nice, protected beach. You can't use and of the beach lounges or umbrellas without paying for them because these units are separate from the Turtle Bay Resort. But it was nice to have the Turtle Bay Resort so close so we could take advantage of the restaurants and the store. The unit was very nice and well equipped, it was comfortable for the five of us, and had everything we needed except a can opener. The air conditioning was good and the ceiling fans were a plus.

Superb!

My family and I stayed here (me, husband, 3 teens boys) and really enjoyed it. The place had the perfect amount of bedrooms and space. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed (there were no salt/pepper shakers or any kind of staple oils for cooking which would have been nice because you don't use much of that and don't want to buy a whole container). There is a very nice view of pool/ocean.

Amazing Location and View

I can't say enough, the location and view were great. The unit was beautiful and spacious. We were comfortable with 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. The proximity to the ocean was perfect. We could not have asked for more.

Lovely experience

We had an absolutely lovely experience. The villa was perfect for us and matched the pictures and the description, including the deck with a perfect view of the pool and the ocean. The only item I wish had been made more clear in the description is that we had no access to the main pool area and were not allowed to enjoy that part of the resort (we had full use of the smaller pool right near the villa which was nice.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of grandmother, young couple, and two year old completely enjoyed our stay at this lovely three bedroom, second floor condo. The unit was as described, very clean and well-maintained. The management provided excellent service when we had a problem with the oven. I would definitely recommend this property. We enjoyed the pool and beach daily, we hiked to another beach on the Turtle Bay property, we snorkeled at Shark Cove, we visited the Waimea Botanical Gardens and the Dole Plantation, We had a fabulous dinner at the Beach House next to the condos. We also ate at Teddy’s Bigger Burgers in Haleiwa and enjoyed Matsumoto’s shave ice. We loved the food trucks next to Foodland and also in Kahuku. We had a great breakfast at Ted’s Bakery. We can’t wait to go back!

The local contact is fantastic for questions and help. Couldn't ask for an easier experience. Very helpful and accommodating. Will rent with them again for sure! Only two suggestions, update the AV to include blue tooth and casting options; have some board games/playing cards in the unit for rainy days.

luxurious Tranquil setting

We loved the setting, sitting on the balcony looking at the bay and the ocean with the manicured grounds in the foreground. This was a great place for exploring the North shore. It was also nice having a fully stocked kitchen for thise times we just wanted to eat in.
