As an institution right on Main Street, this three-bedroom home holds its own amongst the shops lining the street; such as Telluride Trappings and Toggery, and restaurants like a favorite - Floradora Saloon.
Feel like a local when you head into the house to tromp upstairs to the main living area, complete with a massive island kitchen, top-notch appliances, and modern finishes. With a thoughtfully accented stone gas fireplace, the living room and kitchen cohesively meld together for ease of entertaining.
A coy pocket door opens from the living room to a queen bedroom, connected to an ensuite with a steam shower. Both the queen bedroom and living room have thrilling vantage points of the bustle of Main Street. Beyond the kitchen is another bedroom with a king bed that could be split into two twins, sharing the ensuite with the queen bedroom. Lastly, the main bedroom is the epitome of solace with a plush king bed, gas fireplace and TV, ensuite with grand jetted tub and shower, dual vanity, and clean finishes. WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- This home does not allow pets.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- There is construction nearby, noise ordinance Town guidelines followed between Monday - Saturday from 9-5pm. Expected to be complete by December 2025.
- This home requires final homeowner approval to confirm any reservation.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
