  Beach Palms est directement sur la plage. Ce condominium de trois chambres et deux salles de bain avec vue sur le golfe est l'endroit idéal pour faire de ces souvenirs de vacances spéciaux. Le salon dispose d'une télévision, d'un lecteur DVD, d'un ventilateur de plafond et d'un espace pour s'étaler. Le canapé se transforme également en un lit queen-size. La cuisine pleine grandeur entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des repas mémorables. Il y a un bar au petit déjeuner et la cuisine est ouverte sur le salon. La chambre principale a un lit King size, un ventilateur de plafond, une télévision et une porte coulissante sur le balcon ainsi qu'une fenêtre avec vue sur le golfe du Mexique. La salle de bain principale attenante a une baignoire / douche et un bon espace de comptoir. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size, un ventilateur de plafond et une télévision. La troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, une télévision et un ventilateur de plafond. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo pour votre commodité. Disappointed

We arrived late at night, the master bathroom was dirty, the sliding doors from the bathtub were hanging from the top only. The entire apt smelled like mold. Specially the room where the queen size bed was, the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped. The only thing that was enjoyable was the view. My wife spent half the morning cleaning floors and bathrooms.

False advertising

No Hot Tub , even tho it was advertised , Room 203 overlooked one , yet its for the neighboring property ,which actually joins ours , with rude signs stating to stay out ! Had to purchase foam top for bed , hard as a rock , Everyone’s bones ached from those beds . Nasty floors , turned out feet black , no washcloths , we purchased some too .tv was VERY small , no privacy for master bath room . And we sent 2 request for the property manager to contact us , which they did not .

Charlsie, Thank you for your review. This condo is not advertised with a hot tub. This condo does look to the beach over the deck area of the building next door. That is why we label the photos as such. Looking back at your reservation, we did not receive a phone call from you all week to let us know you found the beds uncomfortable, needed wash cloths, or needed us to reclean the floors. If we had known we would have been happy to send the cleaners back, bring you wash cloths and let you use a foam topper for the bed. We have a maintenance and housekeeping office right on the island so that we can respond to guest needs. We hope you will stay with us again in a different location. Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty

Basic Accommodations for a High Price

We rented 2 condos from 2 different managing companies in the same property for essentially the same price and this one was by far the inferior one. I don’t expect to have to clean before using a vacation rental; however, the floors were filthy and had to be cleaned. The master bathroom not only had no place to hang a towel but there was a hole in the wall where the towel Rod used to be. The shower was horrible. It was dirty and had mildew all over. The condo was outdated and looked like someone went to the local secondhand store to furnish it. The pictures on the listing definitely made the space look better than it was. On the plus side, it slept 7 comfortably and the property itself was nice and well maintained.

However, we will absolutely address the bathroom cleaning issues and the towel bar right away. Most Beautiful Beach & Sunsets..

Plumlee Rental is Wonderful.. The condo OWNERS Needs TO MAKE MAJOR UPGRADES… The sliding door.. is a fight daily to open or close.. The living room furniture is so uncomfortable… We Never used ..Hardly any kitchen utensils .. NO bathroom door in the master.. and with… All your beach item in tow.. you MUST HAVE A KEY to get anywhere.. after using your key to get in the pool area .. you STILL need a key to get into the bathroom… Beach Palms is a Beautiful Place .. Besides the Condo owners Upgrades.. Thank you .. Plumlee Rental..

Condo exceeded expectations. Great beach and great location.

Everything in condo worked. It was clean and insect free. Vertical blinds in living room were literally falling out. Red Tide disrupted our beach time but beyond anyone’s control. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

First time in the area. Unit was clean and functional. Very minor issues (couple of light bulbs out, kitchen cabinet doors broken, couch seat was torn), but overall a very nice experience . Hope to come back again next year.

Great view

It was ok some problems requiring call back from management.... no return call requiring us to handle ourselves . No batteries in remote . Just little things overlooked .

Wonderful trip

The property was as described. Washer & dryer were a godsend. Pic of pool is a bit misleading-the one shown is actually the neighboring property pool.

Very outdated

We loved the area and the proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better. The day we arrived the air conditioner was broken and the unit had a musty smell, there were ants on the counter and the door on the refrigerator was broken. The listing was very misleading! The pictures show the unit overlooking the pool but that is actually the building next doors pool. Everything in the unit was in need of an update!!

Dori, The photo of the pool in the listing is the Beach Palms pool. While you can see the deck of the other building from the balcony of unit 203, we do not show that pool in the pictures. We took care not to include a picture of the other pool so that there is no confusion. I do show that that a/c was fixed on the day of your arrival but we never got a call about ants or the refrigerator door handle. We have an office just a few miles north of the building so that we can take care of any issues that arise in a timely manner, however we do have to know about them. Winter vacation

Renting the property was easy. Communication was great. The Window treatment could be updated many slates missing on the sliding patio door. The place had everything you need for 1 week visit.

Great beach location

Location of the condo was perfect for beach access and the view was spectacular as advertised. Property was very well maintained and clean. Pool was perfect. Condo itself was very clean and large enough. Furniture was a bit dated but not an issue. Overall experience was amazing.

very outdated and dirty condo

My family has been going on spring break for 19 years in a row now and we have never had a condo in worse condition and dirty. We actually cleaned the condo before we used it. Furthermore there was no broom in the condo so the floors were not swept the 2 weeks we were there. Everything in the condo appears to be 20 years plus or older and nothing has been updated. For the money that we paid I was very disappointed. I have no idea why the ratings on this place were so high??? Hopefully my review stays up for others to see. The owners clearly do not value there property and put anything into it.

Rob, we don't get many reviews like this. Sorry to hear about your experience. This is a standard unit in our rating system. We have Value, Standard, and Premium units. I will have Pete our quality control person go through and re-evaluate the rating. This condo has been booked solid since Jan 1st. So he has not been back this season. Rest assured he make sure any updates that are needed to keep the standard rating is completed. Please remember you can call the front office at anytime during your stay for assistance for just about anything. This is one of the advantages of renting a condo that is managed by a local brick and mortar company with boots on the ground. We would have sent a housekeeper and inspector up immediately to make things right. In addition, we would have brought you a broom or whatever else you needed to make your stay more pleasurable. Armed with re-assurance I hope you will give us another shot. Please remember you will receive a 10% discount as a repeat guest on your next stay. Thank you for your input. We take the information to heart and are always striving to be better!

Condo had great views. Had a couple of small problems but maintenance was prompt. The condo could use some cosmetic updates and more comfortable furniture. The beach was great and the pool very nice. Had a great time!

Nice stay on the water

Overall we had a great time. It's strange that the pool right outside our balcony is off limits to us, but the pool we had access to was good. We had everything we needed for a fun week. We took advantage of the grills to cook some great meals next to the pool. The construction and repair of the units that was going on was only mildly annoying. Most of the people there were friendly and the staff was nice.
