Découvrez Woodstock, NY et les montagnes Catskill tout en séjournant dans notre charmante maison de quatre chambres. Situé sur près de trois acres, notre maison Woodstock offre à la fois intimité et commodité. Le Woodstock Green est à seulement 2,5 km, mais de notre maison, vous entendrez le son de la rivière Sawkill et du ruisseau qui coupe notre terre. Notre maison de Woodstock peut être un endroit idéal pour explorer la région - les options à proximité incluent les tubes de la rivière, la randonnée, le ski, le shopping et les merveilleux restaurants, mais vous pouvez également passer un bon moment en vous relaxant chez nous. Vous pouvez nager dans la piscine (en saison), tremper dans le bain à remous, cuisiner des repas avec des amis, regarder des films, écouter de la musique, explorer la nature ou simplement profiter de l'air frais, le tout sans quitter la propriété. Notre maison est conçue pour accueillir les familles - nous avons une réserve de jouets et de jeux pour les enfants, et vous n'aurez pas à vous soucier de trimballer tous les accessoires dont ils ont besoin: nous avons une chaise haute, une porte, un pack 'n jouer et plus disponible.

Nous avons acheté notre maison à Woodstock, NY après avoir assisté à Midnight Ramble de Levon Helm plusieurs années de suite et être tombé amoureux de la région. Notre maison de Woodstock n'est pas seulement une location de vacances - c'est la retraite de notre famille et nous l'avons aménagée pour être confortable pour notre famille et la vôtre. La cuisine bien garnie est une joie de cuisiner, et l'espace est parfait pour partager avec les autres. La table de cuisine peut accueillir 8 adultes facilement, et nous avons une table et des chaises pliantes pour 6 de plus si vous accueillez une foule. Il y a deux coins salons séparés, avec des canapés confortables pour se détendre avec des amis. Tous les lits sont confortables et en bon état et nous fournissons tous les draps et serviettes nécessaires.

Heather was fantastic to communicate with. She immediately responded to any & all questions or concerns that we had. The pool was a huge hit with everybody (we had a nice, hot week for our stay). Favorites: Pool, Sunroom, & availability of A/C. Needs a wee bit o' work: The 1st floor shower (could use an upgrade). Overall: A great stay for our group.

Amazing Catskill Getaway

We've been staying in rental homes in the Catskills for nearly 20 years. This home was one of our all-time favorites! Close to the center of town in Woodstock and also tucked away in the woods with amazing views of the river. Heather was a gracious, responsive host. Can't wait to return again soon!

Great Location

We had a wonderful vacation. The house served it's purpose, mostly just for cooking and sleeping. The location was great for local and short distance activities. We saw deer, a bear and a snake eating a frog. Everyone had a good time.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay at this Woodstock house with extended family! Kids enjoyed using the pool and swing set everyday. Parents enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Great location, close to downtown Woodstock with many nice restaurants and local hiking spots in the Hudson valley. Would definitely go back!

We had the most relaxing weekend celebrating my Grandfathers 90th birthday.

House was perfect and my kids had a wonderful time in the pool. Heather responded to all concerns quickly and house was well stocked.

Fabulous rental, everything young kids could want!

We had a great getaway. Our kids loved the big yard, playing by the river and all of the great toys in the house. The house is comfortable and has everything you could want. We hope to visit again in the summer and use the pool.

A little Woodstock treasure

Family friendly home in Woodstock

We stayed at Our Woodstock Home last weekend. It is a beautiful home, and it is kid friendly. It is in a peaceful wooded setting, and comes with all the amenities. The kids had a great time there and had plenty to do: walk by the creek, play on the swings, walk through the woods. Thanks Heather for letting us spend Mother's day weekend as a family in your lovely home..

Our 2024 trip

Had a great time, the pool was awesome and the hot tub was even better. Loved the fully stocked kitchen it really helped us with our meals for the week. Host was quick to answer and understanding during one issue, which was corrected fast and efficient. Wont lie the septic smell was unpleasant outside but we managed. Other than updating some pictures i would say id recommend anyone to stay and enjoy a week! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Lovely stay in woodstock

Thank you, Heather, For a lovely stay. We had three generations and there was something for everyone. The whole house was very well stocked. We were sorry that the hot tub was not working while we were there and it was too chilly to use the pool because that looked lovely! We loved playing in the creek next to the property. You can tell it is a special place.

I'm so sorry about the hot tub being repaired during your stay -- we thought we were going to be able to replace it, but due to COVID we realized it needed to be repaired because the wait times for a new hot tub are so long. The tub has been repaired now and we should have a brand new one sometime in 2021!

Restful family vacation

Just getting settled back in after a wonderful week up in Woodstock at this home. My 2yr old loved the swingset, pool and the toys! My husband and I were very comfortable cooking, bbq'ing and relaxing as our little guy looked for worms and toads. We will be back shortly. -K

Great weekend destination

Though minutes from Woodstock center, the property has a secluded feel. The home is very clean/comfortable and has all necessary amenities for a comfortable vacation. The large backyard is a paradise of sorts with its soothing sounds from the nearby stream and river, a large swimming pool, hot tub, grill, and fire pit. My friends and I mostly relaxed at the house during our stay, but did take an enjoyable excursion to Saugerties to kayak on the Hudson. The owners are quite responsive and made the rental process seamless. You can't go wrong with this rental!

Perfect getaway

My family and I stayed at the Woodstock house for a week. It was truly a little piece of heaven tucked away in the woods. My two year old spent every morning throwing rocks in the beautiful backyard stream, my mother drank coffee in the sun room every day, and we loved having the pool and hot tub to relax in. The proximity to town was perfect and the house came equipped with everything. Heather was so responsive to any question I had. My family and I are still talking about how much fun we had. We will definitely be back!

Even Better than the Pictures

My tag line says it all. The house is lovely, every detail taken care of without being fussy- from a super well applianced kitchen to small touches like hooks next to hot tub for towels. Bathrobes, plenty of towels, clear instructions, amazing pool and lovely walks all near by. The layout of the bedrooms is also perfect, two up and two down so allows for some privacy. Even though it was a glorious weekend we were torn between being outdoors and enjoying the light and views from the very large sunroom/living room. Heather was incredibly responsive and the house was immaculate (as were the grounds).

Lovely family home, clean, wonderful for kids

Heather was a great hostess and really went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Positives were the toys for the kids, the hot tub, the location, the quick response to complaints that the pool needed to be cleaned, great seating by the pool. Things to improve: it is very very dark in the sunroom at night, the refrigerator needs to be updated, it hums constantly and has no ice maker. The septic tank backed up if we ran multiple loads of laundry and that created a smell.

I'm glad you had a nice time and thank you for the feedback. Thanks to the feedback from you and other guests we are constantly making improvements at the house. We are planning to install additional lighting in the sun room next weekend. This is the first I've heard about the fridge and I'll definitely investigate. It's not an old fridge (we replaced it 2-3 years ago). Same with the septic issue -- we had a brand new system installed last fall, so that shouldn't be happening -- but thanks for the heads up, I'll look into that as well. 9/29/16 update: I just wanted to let you know that the fridge has been fixed (there was ice buildup on the fan which was causing the noise). We also realized that the dimmers on the sun room lights might be the reason it seems dark out there -- I will add a note to our home instruction book alerting guests that many lights are on dimmers.

Our family retreat to Woodstock

If you're looking for a place that allows you to spend the entire week at the house and the grounds around it, a place that is literally a minute and a half drive to the center of Woodstock, or a place that is centrally located then this is the house you've been looking for. We could have spent the entire week at the house with all of the amenities it has (pool with slide, hot tub, tiki bar, cable tv, Netflix, Wii, Apple tv, swing set, hammock, Jacuzzi, a river that runs along the property ((we were greeted by a doe and fawn when we first arrived)), fire pit, board games, books, DVD's and so much more) but we opted to take advantage of the surrounding area as well as the house. There are so many things to do in the area that it was nice to head out on a scenic drive in to the mountains then hike for a few miles to find a breathtaking view and have the short drive back to the house to take a swim and relax with a drink by the bonfire or simply take in the amazing stars at night. The property and house were more than we expected as was the attentiveness and recommendations that we were afforded by Heather. We loved the stay and obviously can't say enough about it. Highly Recommend staying here!!!!!!

I'm a mom, writer, yogini and travel agent. Woodstock has been a peaceful escape from the concrete jungle we live in and a place that we love to spend time with family and friends. It's truly a joy to be able to share our special place with others who hopefully enjoy it as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our Brooklyn family wanted a place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and we just love Woodstock -- the people, the town, the vibe and the music. And the clean mountain air. When we were visiting potential properties my daughter called this one 'Paradise' and I'm inclined to agree.

Now that we've left the city, we still love spending time at our upstate escape. It always feels like vacation time when we are in Woodstock.

We love this house because there is plenty of space for entertaining and enjoying one another, but also privacy with four separate bedrooms. It's close to town, but feels very private. We spend a lot of time ourselves at the house and try to make it the perfect place to stay for ourselves, as well as our guests.
