Stunning penthouse apartment in the Oceanview Apartments complex in the Tahunanui Beach area of Nelson. Located in the heart of Nelson's Tahunanui Beach area - Just 150m from the beach where you can wiggle your toes in the sand, cast your rod, take a refreshing swim, learn to kite surf or hire a paddle board!
Ocean View Apartments complex boasts resort-like facilities with 3 Swimming Pools (main pool, plunge pool and child pool), Spa Pool, Fitness Room, communal garden, BBQ area & dedicated parking with charging station for electric cars & bikes.
This stunning three bedroom apartment offers entertaining balcony with stunning views over the Tahuna recreation reserve, its playing fields & with beautiful Tasman Bay in clear view.
Inside you'll enjoy full cooking & dining facilities, espresso pod machine, comfortable lounge with those same spectacular views, SmartTV, double glazing, secure access & elevator, plus secure car parking.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- No party or venue use. No smoking. No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.
- Car parking - Two carparks are provided within the secure garaging of the complex. Day visitors are permitted with visitor car parking or on-street parking to be used.
- Residential Apartment Building - In addition to our House Rules, Body Corporate and Common Area Rules apply.
- Swimming Pools - Please note that the main swimming pools are closed between Easter (end of school holidays) and Labour weekend. The Spa pool will still be available all through Winter.
- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
- Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
- Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), youâll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and youâll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, weâll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
