Havenview City Apartment is a brand-new, stylish haven just on the edge of Nelsonâs vibrant city centre. With its bright, airy interiors and breathtaking views spanning from Nelson Haven to the city skyline, this apartment offers the perfect blend of style and comfort.
Inside, you'll find two beautifully designed bedrooms - one with a queen bed and city views, the other with a super king bed that can be configured as two king singles. A sleek, contemporary bathroom and thoughtfully curated interiors create a relaxing, high-end experience.
**2 Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 4)
1 (Master): Queen bed with City Views
2: Super King bed (can be configured as two King Single beds by early request).
**1 Bathroom
The bathroom offers Shower, Heated towel rail, Toilet & Vanity.
Ideal for couples and business executives, the apartment features secure undercover parking and a private outdoor deck where you can unwind while soaking in the stunning scenery. All the conveniences of the city are just moments away.
**Special conditions & notes**:
No party or venue use. No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. No pets. General Terms & Conditions and the Building's standard Body Corporate & House Rules apply.
Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for 1 standard vehicle.
Elevator access - The apartment is located on an upper level of the building with easy elevator access.
Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), youâll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and youâll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, weâll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
