We had a wonderful stay! The beach view was beautiful, and the room was exceptionally clean and smelled amazing! I’ve stayed in several units at Seychelles, and this was the first one that smelled so fresh and inviting.The sheets were clean, the kitchen had plenty of appliances, and there were even beach toys available. The condo was also well stocked with everyday essentials like soap and trash bags, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.The owner was incredibly kind, and both the owner and the cleaner were responsive, helpful, and clear in their communication. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Hats off to the owners of the unit. They obviously take great pride in their vacation home. Everything was as advertised and photographed - nothing questionable. The condo was well stocked with cleaned. I look forward to a return stay. I will be recommending this unit to my friends and family. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this unit.

Location Location Location, we loved are stay and will be back!

We enjoyed daily walks on the beach the local restaurants. Steve was a pleasure to work with and he's right Panama City Beach is better Destin 😀. We will be back.

The host was very helpful and supplied information about the condo that was very complete. The host was available if i had any questions and helpful and fast to respond to any help needed with the condo .The condo was so clean and well supplied with all the kitchen utensils that we could need plus great balcony furniture. Great stay and great host.. One of the nicest condo out there.

Baseball weekend

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. We didn't have as much time to enjoy the beach as we'd hoped but the property is gorgeous. Condo was clean and welcoming.

22nd Wedding Anniversary Trip

Room was fantastic! Very homey feeling and having a spot on the beach waiting on us was a great perk. Highly recommend the condo #1607 and Seychelles!! Property was clean and elevators super fast, never had to wait more than a minute or two. Plenty of parking and carts. We thoroughly enjoyed being close to St. Andrew's Park as well. Can't wait to come back!!

Amazing Views

We are sad we are having to leave PCB but we wanted you and your family to know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was very well furnished with everything you could possibly need or want. The bed was comfy and the couch was also! Loved the balcony chairs! Views were amazing! We will be looking forward to booking again!

Very nicely decorated condo❗️ We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return next year. The leather sofa, recliner was so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Great house

Away from the action. (If you have girl or boy crazy teens you wilk enjoy this). Condo has everything you will need. If your cooking a big dinner just beaware the stove doesnt open all the way. But it worked great for our dinners for 5. We will definitely recommend and be back!! Thank You for sharing your home!

It sticks out a little to far, You can get pizza or biscuits in there but not going to get a turkey in the oven. However that frig sure has a lot of room for COLD Beverages!! Great Location - Outstanding View

This condo is located in what we believe to be the best area of PCB, if you're looking for a quiet setting with less of the commercial and tourist traps of the beach. The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Although the furniture is dated and has seen better days, it was clean and organized. There were plenty of linens, towels, etc. Having the washer and dryer in-unit was great. Steve, the owner, was very responsive and went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. We spent many hours on the balcony overlooking the beach and enjoying the spectacular sunsets.
