This renovated modern Townhome has recently been added to VRBO and we are delighted to share our beautiful home for your vacation. This home faces the eastern view of the Canadian Rockies and west side looks towards the Purcell mountain range. The home is below the famous Mineral Hot Pools of Fairmont Hot Springs Resort.
Excellent location for golfing groups adjacent to two 18 hole courses Mountainside & Riverside courses plus Creekside a 9 hole course.

My home is at Phase two of Fairmont Ridge meters from the Fairmont Creek and a 5 minute drive to Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, with many hiking trails and spectacular views of Columbia Lake from the great hikes and views from the geological formations of the Hoodoos. Surrounded by nature's beauty and many recreational activities to participate with friends and family. Columbia Lake can be seen from the Mountainside course and hikes on the Hoodoos. The beauty of Canadian Rockies and Purcell mountain range will bring you back often.

Mapped Biking and Hiking trails surround Fairmont Hot Springs, We have 2 new pickleball courts in the Wilder Park minutes from home, and close to river rafting exit. Mount Swansea a favorite hiking, biking and hang gliding area overlooks the entire Columbia Valley. Experienced hikers have many more choices to explore in the Valley and Panorama Ski/ Bike trails and bird watching in our forests

The Wetlands trails have leisurely walks to explore fauna/ flora and surrounding sky and mountain scenery for excellent photographs.

Winter enthusiasts have Panorama Ski Resort a 20 mins drive from Invermere for mountain skiers and hikers. Winter & Summer mountain biking routes are available, Invermere and surrounding Columbia Valley has year round sport activities including the famous Winter "WhiteWay " on Lake Windermere, skating, cross country ,winter biking , hockey rinks and winter wind surfing ...

Summer season activity include beaches, kayaking, paddleboarding ,pickleball courts and small power craft . Rentals are available from many outlets in Invermere.
The stores of Fairmont Hot Springs, Invermere, Radium and local attractions have interesting stores with artists and leisure shopping. You will enjoy the pleasant staff ready to assist.
Coffee shops, Art studios , Sports stores, Organic eateries , Bakeries, Museums, Library, Book store, Shoe store and numerous Restaurants and cafes to enjoy people watching.

Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday markets display the work of local artists and our local farm families between the towns of Invermere, Fairmont and surrounding hamlets.

Our townhome is fully furnished, well equipped two story home, featuring a spacious 2000 sq ft open design, including on main floor, the living room, acorn gas fireplace, dining room, chefs kitchen,washer and dryer facilities and powder room, with a spectacular west facing deck looking to the Purcell mountain range, complete with a new Master Chef BBQ, patio table & umbrella and relaxing chairs to enjoy the sunsets. Two additional decks on upper floor give beautiful views East to the Canadian Rockies and west sunsets over Purcell Range with 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and half bathroom on main level. Outside entrance is large with patio furniture to enjoy the view of mountains 2 parking places are allotted and additional close bye.
Fairmont Hot Springs community has its own uncontrolled airstrip next to Riverside golf course for those with their own Wings ! If you have your own plane we can accomodate you overnight at our friendly airport.


The home has recently been remodeled featuring modern furniture design new flooring, appliances,lighting fixtures, art work and comfortable new beds and linens. Living room displays a new smart 60 inch wall mounted Samsung TV, and a second TV in master bedroom suite. New patio furniture on master bedroom balcony.
New linens and cotton towels, with comfortable duvets in crisp white or /light grey surround you in comfort in all bedrooms to enjoy the mountain air.
New washer and dryer is available for your convenience.
Enjoy the jacuzzi tub in the master suite after a day on the ski / golf course, or biking/hiking the many trails surrounding the Columbia Valley .
Hairdryers are available with pool towels for outdoor use .
Fairmont Mineral Hot Springs Resort is a wonderful area to explore with mineral pools to relax with the family. (admission price daily) and relaxing lounging chairs to use for the day to watch the family swimming. Restaurants on the outside patio and snack bar for the pool area,

During Winter months the beauty of the Columbia Valley continues with Fairmont Family Ski Hill , a five minute drive from this location which has a excellent Ski school for skiers and snowboarding. Rental shop is available at ski resort. A afternoon visit to Fairmont Hot Springs mineral pool, is the way to finish your ski day admission is included in your Ski ticket.
For the more advanced skiers Panorama is close, a 30 mins drive from the door. Kimberley and Fernie are within 90 minute drive .

For those mobile visitors there are 14 Championship golf courses within a few hours, 5 world class ski hills, Heli Skiing, Helicopter tours, River rafting, Hiking and Bike Trails at all levels of ability, River tubing and kayaking / paddle boarding / Beaches & activities are on Lake Windermere and local rivers , rentals available, Horseback trails and many more activities to explore, my home is a excellent meeting location for groups of cyclist, golfers, hikers and family reunions with additional accomodations near by.

Fairmont Hot Springs townsite delights in having its own grocery store and shopping area , a diverse group of interesting shops including the "Local" coffee shop, ice cream and pizza restaurants , Greek and Sushi restaurants, gift shop , real-estate, clothing store with marvelous selection, and wellness centre for pedicures and massage and Summer Sunday Market.
Local gas station, and rental facilities for River tubing are available, and close bye "Funtasia" park for children with a animal petting zoo, and a new zip lining course.

Location wise the home is 2.5 hours East to Calgary Airport, Banff National Park, Lake Louise and many beautiful areas of Alberta .
A 60 minutes drive South West to Kootenay International airport (Cranbrook / Kimberly) , plus a 2 hour drive to Fernie and surrounding Kootenay area.

A Chamber of Commerce is located in Invermere.
