Helpful staff.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff were extremely helpful ,polite and friendly.One evening we had a power outage and the manager supplied our unit with torch,fairy lights and games which she delivered to us after hours.

Riverview Apartment 77

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and comfortable. Location is good, only a few minutes walk to the river and the IGA supermarket. The swimming pool also has a lap pool which I've never found in holiday accommodation before.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good - great pool and BBQ area. 2 separate playgrounds, one for 2-5 year olds and one for 5-12 year olds. Units are a good size, sheets and towels clean. Grounds reasonably well maintained. Complex is close to supermarket, inlet beach and jetties for cruise boats.The bad - our unit was very run down - broken exhaust fan in kitchen, front door and bathroom door riveted together rather than having been replaced, bunk beds unstable with rusted connections. Wall above stove dirty and cobwebs in some areas. The 2-5 year old playground had some equipment with sharp rusted out areas. No bedroom light in the master bedroom, only bed lamps for lighting.

Riverview Holiday Apartment - Tired and Dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have regularly stayed at Riverview since it was built. The grounds and facilities are very well maintained and we enjoyed them very much. However, our unit was very dirty and had multiple cockroaches on the floor when we arrived. The floor was the dirtiest and everything else pretty much needed a deep clean. I would recommend this accommodation but it needs to be cleaned to a much higher standard.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a lovely stay. Few maintenance items - Recommend the Queen bed is changed as the RHS rows to the middle. The fridge froze most items within a day. The owner may also wish to look at the couch which has a hole with foam and spring showing. Love the blind in the kitchen.Simone
