Lovely 3 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. Main bedroom has 1 Queen bed, second room has 1 Queen bed and the third room has 2 single beds, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, reverse cycle air con in kitchen and living area with Smart TV & WiFi. The fully stocked kitchen has a microwave, electric oven, stove, fridge/freezer, modern bathroom completes this lovely unit. Front loader washing machine in laundry. There is a small outdoor setting to sit and relax. Communal BBQ's and swimming pool . Short stroll down pathways to town and beaches. Parking for 1 car only in the undercover carport right outside your unit.

You can relax and enjoy your stay at this lovely well presented Kalbarri Garden Apartment Unit 5.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely apartment, clean, spacious and had nearly everything we needed, the only thing we missed was a cafetiere for our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable, very peaceful surroundings and wonderful to hear the sounds of nature all around. An ideal location to walk to cafes and restaurants and a great base to explore National park.

The Best Accommodation of our Trip

A great location with a short walk to the beach and bay. Our only drawback is that whilst you provide towels which is great, a couple of Hand towels in the bathroom would be useful and maybe a shelf in the Shower. Other than that, we had a lovely stay in Kalbarri.

The beds were very comfortable. I know you told us beforehand not to expect this, but having salt and pepper and a few coffee sachets and teabags as well as a bit of sugar would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, this is a wonderful place to stay in Kalbarri and I'd happily stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in very good condition considering the impact Cyclone Seroja had on Kalbarri. The only (very slight) negative was that the bathroom was very small with little hanging space for clothes or towels - but this could easily be alleviated with the removal of some of the pretty but space-taking furniture. Having the use of a dryer as well as a washing machine was a real bonus. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with quality kitchenware. The beds were very comfortable and the location was nice and quiet.

Holiday in the warmth

The unit was clean and tidy on arrival. All amenities were good apart from the bathroom being smaller than expected. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with all that we needed to eat in. Would stay again

Nice unit but initial impressions could be more welcoming

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was nicely kitted out and Kalbarri’s National Parks we’re fabulous. Very little interaction with the estate agents when we picked up/left the keys. We believe they could have warned us that the roof had been damaged (lost tiles and ridge tiles) presumably in the cyclone which hit the town. The damaged areas were made safe, we think, with tarpaulin and sandbags and didn’t affect our stay. But this was a disconcerting first impression without warning. The next thing was a list of rules and potential fines for breaking them on the fridge. It would have been far better to have a welcome/information pack where this information could have been included amongst some more positive things! We are on a five week road trip and the lack of welcome/welcoming feeling on entering the estate agent and the house was palpable in comparison with everywhere else! The beds were comfortable and the laundry equipment very good.
