This home was clean and is very pet friendly the yard is fully fenced so they have space there is a great are for children to play and plenty for the adults to after bed time fire bowl sit an talk etc the bedrooms are spacious and extremely comfortable host communication is easy and feels like talking to your friend not an owner we loved it here and will be back next summer

Awesome place.

Visiting with family for a few days. Much nicer than staying at a hotel. Located close to many amenities. Such a clean and welcoming place. Definitely will stay again.

This clean and comfortable Bayville home is the ideal ‘home away from home’. The layout of the house makes it feel quite roomy and the neighborhood is less than a 30 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Patricia is a lovely and communicative host who prides herself on making your stay as perfect as she can.

Perfect stay and amazing host!

This adorable house was perfect. Every detail was thought of making our stay comfortable and easy. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our host was very helpful as we navigated the area with great dinner and beach recommendations. We enjoyed the sweet back yard area as well. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Our haven with a great backyard!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and even left us dog treats! The fenced in backyard was great, especially since we had our dog. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and we'll stay there again when visiting relatives!

Beautiful Gem

This was a such a cute house. Within minutes of our family and friends. Plenty of great food options within walking distance. The house was very clean, kitchen had everything you needed & more and the neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect House for your WHOLE family

Just an absolute joy from checking in to the end of the stay. Communication was great from start to finish, cleanliness was excellent, and our host had gifts for us (snacks & waters), as well as for the pups (treats and a new toy!) The property was just perfect with plenty of beach and food options nearby. It's also perfect for a backyard stay home kind of day. Book it!

Sweet beach house

The house was beautiful and clean! Complete with snacks and products in case you forgot! Our host was thoughtful and truly wonderful! The location is close to the beach, boardwalk, and provides enough distance to avoid the traffic. Also the breakfast place on the corner is amazing!

Superb backyard and house!!!

The backyard is the best part of the house and the interior is excellent as well. The whole house has been remodeled and was very well done. Patricia does an excellent job of communicating with guests. I will definitely stay here the next time and my wife are visiting the area.

Cozy Little House

We stayed at this house during a family reunion with my husband’s side of the family. The house was located 2 miles from the reunion and close to a bunch of little shops and dining places. The host was super easy to get in contact with and immediately fixed a minor issue we had with the drain in the bathtub as soon as I reached out about it. I highly recommend renting this place!

Shore to please!

The property is well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The fenced-in-yard was perfect for my pups to safely play and I was delighted to find that the hosts left snacks and a toy for them - a nice touch that stood out. Having beach passes to nearby, quaint beach plus beach beach towels, chairs and umbrella made the trip incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay again.

Great home by the Jersey shore!!

This was a great home to stay at to celebrate my father-in-laws 90th birthday from the amenities to the comfort to all the fine details the homeowner put together to ensure that all visitors felt at home!! Loved all communication from the owner and her overall concern that my family had a great time at her home!! I would definitely recommend this home to those that like to relax and enjoy the many comforts of home!!! Had a fabulous weekend at this home and would definitely return!!

This home actually surpassed my dream of a perfect vacation rental. The owner truly understands that little things mean a lot - from the thorough cleanliness to the little boxes of chocolate in each bedroom and treats for the pets - this home was truly a pleasure to enjoy time with family. The very large backyard has tall sturdy fencing throughout (child and pet safety) and includes tasteful seating areas for enjoying the outdoors. Some indoor highlights (there are too many to mention) include COMFORTABLE beds in each bedroom and a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house is on a quiet street making the nights quiet and peaceful. Plenty of amenities are within walking distance. I wish all rentals lived up to this perfect home! Thank you.

The house was very welcoming and clean. We booked after seeing the swingset outside as we had a 2 year old. We were very pleasantly surprised at all the additional kids toys, games, and outside toys there were at the house. The kitchen has everything we needed as well. Host was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place especially if traveling with kids!
