Penthouse apartment in the heart of town, ocean views, communal pool, 4 beds, sleeps 6 guests. A great getaway for couples and small families to relax and recharge. Open plan living, dining and large kitchen with electric stove. Two separate balconies with water views, outdoor setting and Weber BBQ. Communal outdoor swimming pool. Large smart TV, free WIFI (will be connect mid/end July 2022), linen provided. Aircon in lounge room, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Secure parking underneath building. Short stroll to cafes, restaurants, Port Central shopping complex and beaches, Port Macquarie break wall and skate park. Leave the car at home, everything walking distance. Sorry no pets, and apartment not suitable to toddlers and children under 8 years of age.

LAY-OUT
Located on the top floor (8th floor) in the popular Tasman Towers building, accessible by elevator. Inside you will find an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with ocean views and multiple front and side verandahs overlooking the water with views along Port Macquarie North Shore beach and when you look to your right Town Beach. Watch the wold walk by. The side verandah has outdoor table and Weber BBQ perfect for watching sunsets.
Down the hall are bedrooms and bathroom. Master bedroom with queen bed, water views from your bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with Japanese toilet/bidet system. Second bedroom bedroom with queen bed and views over town and main street. Third bedroom with two single beds and a walk-in robe. Main bathroom corner spa bath with shower overhead. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The apartment has a full kitchen featuring a ceramic hot plate, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and assorted pots and pans and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We use a rotating pantry in which you find all basics and more, so you do not have to take every single item!
Linen is provided, your beds are spread, so you do not have to do any chores upon arrival. Simply rock up and relax! Please bring your own beach towels.
