Guests should be aware of the following:
· The resort's North and South Cabana buildings will undergo pest control treatments from Jun. 2, 2025 through Jun. 9, 2025. During this time, all units in Cabana buildings will be unavailable for occupancy. The cabana pool, spa, business center, café will be closed. Additionally, the front desk and concierge services will be relocated to a temporary location. Please contact the resort for inquires.
· The resort will undergo renovations from to their Ocean View units from Feb. 28 - May 19, 2025 and the Waterfall units from Jul. 25 - Oct. 31, 2025. During this time you may experience noise, dust, odors and work crews. Dates are subject to change.

This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 980 - 1,200 square feet. · The majority of this resort is located directly across the street from the beach. All guests have beach access.
· At least one guest checking in must be 21 years of age or older.
· Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
· Pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
· A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
· This resort has a check out time of 10 a.m.
· Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
· On-site laundry facilities are available for vacationers staying in the Cabana North/South and Ocean View South suites. All other suites include a washer/dryer.
· Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge.
