There is ample Free Parking Space. 5-10min down you could visit Woolworths, Coles and Aldi with free parking just outside the supermarkets. Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre is just 10min down the estate. Karingal Hub Shopping just 15min away , Casey Field is a market place where you could easily get everything you need. As well as Westfield Fountain Gate. Petrol Kiosk @ Cranbourne South General Store, 235 Pearcedale Road just 5min away and a few more petrol Station and Car wash around the estate all within 5-10min. Our Villa located just opposite the Settlers Run Golf and Country Club. Bustop to Train station is just outside the house. It will take 20min ride to train station and approximately 45-1hr train ride to Melbourne city.
