The Seminole Home was in a great location, close to the beach and the pool and hot tub were great amenities. We also appreciated the great response from the host. We would highly recommend this home!

The house was as pictured. Perfect for our large group. The property manager Ronny was awesome and very responsive when we wanted the hot tub temps increased. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The beds were comfortable. Would stay at this Vrbo again!

The house was very clean and welcoming. The rooms were all decent sizes and the outdoor space was so beautiful! My family and I had an amazing time and it was very peaceful.

The house was very nice, clean, spacious. The host was extremely attentive. The pool was the nicest pool we have ever enjoyed, with the adjoining hot tub a huge bonus. Our large, well behaved dog enjoyed it, as well. Our dog loved the grassy backyard to run and play in. We spent most of our time in the extensive screened in patio, as it had a table to eat at and a sectional patio sofa. There were 4 adults and 5 children ages 7 to 18, who live in Fairbanks Alaska and flew in for the week. Thank you Ronny for making our week just perfect!

Our winter vacation

We stayed at the rental house for 5 weeks. The house was really cleaned and well equipped. The location is fantastic; close to the beach, shops, trails and restaurants. Finally, the backyard is absolutely sensational! The whole family really enjoyed that house. I highly recommend it!

The owner of the house was great to deal with Ronnie answered every question that we had prior and during our stay. The house manager Greg who lives across the street was a great guy who responded to anything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous space

Needed overflow for family in from out of town. House was comfortable , spacious, and clean. The pool is fabulous, and the pool table and air hockey were a hit. We're looking for a reason to rent it again!

Lovely home

The home was clean and well equipped. The yard, pool and spa was incredible! We had a problem with the air conditioner (thank goodness it wasn't July), or this review may have a different tone. The owner was always very responsive and I would recommend this home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Place

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this place! The pool and outside area was amazing and so much fun for a girls weekend! There were also definitely enough pillows and blankets. The only issue we had here is the water pressure, if more then 1 person is taking a shower it's really bad. Other then that it was a wonderful expirence!!!

Beautifully landscaped! Great pool! Great communication with host!

We had a great family vacation! This rental is beautiful! Pool and landscaping were great! Communication with host was excellent! Kitchen well stocked. Only negative was this rental would be more comfortable for around 10-12 guests, not 15. The sofa beds don’t have mattresses. We were able to make it work for our family but I wouldn’t list them as beds. I still give this rental 5 stars.

Great Place!

Super clean house. That starts the trip off on the right foot! Pool and hot tub are nicer in person than even the pictures depict. Really high quality. Beds were comfortable and furnishings were good. Neighborhood is a little different and house does not really fit the neighborhood but it was quiet and we did not come to meet the neighbors:). Great location to wonderful beaches, plenty of restaurants, etc. Indian Rocks beach was our favorite and super close. Highly recommend this place. Ronny the host was an absolute gem to communicate with. Super helpful and hospitable.

Perfect Blend of Value and Comfort

This home checked all the boxes for our extended family group of 12. An oasis conveniently located near a grocery store, away from the chaos of the coastal neighborhoods but just a short drive from the Gulf beaches. The spacious home provided plenty of room for us to enjoy each other’s company. But the real star of the show is the backyard. pool. The expansive lanai-covered travertine deck, gorgeous pool, dining area, gazebo, and orchard was where we spent most of our time. The kids loved playing in the waterfall feature and the glow of the lights at night. When they weren’t swimming they were playing pool or air hockey in the garage. A The kitchen was one of the better equipped we’ve seen in a rental when it comes to knives, accessory appliances (air fryer), and gadgets (citrus juicer, loose tea kettle, peelers, tortilla warmers).
