The unit was a bit dated. Carpet (finishing nails sticking up at entrances to both bedrooms which you could feel in bare feet). All of the wallpaper needs changing. The furniture was simply ok. The mattresses were horrible being an entry level product. The storage cubby in the hall needs a good cleaning. The beach cart, umbrellas and such in that cubby were good. The fridge, coffee maker and microwave were all very good. The knives were surprisingly sharp. The basics for cooking were all there minus a few itemsâŠ..need some tongs, a ladle and the wine glasses need some updating.The view was stunning. The deck got sun at 9am and had it through to sunset.We walked the beach each day and fished the beach and lagoon. The shelling was amazing particularly after the cold front brought in big waves.The pool was very good and had it to myself for laps early morning. Was a bit too loud later on in the day once the sun hit it.The parking was excellent. The gate security were all very good.The elevator was the most frustrating aspect of the trip. One of the three elevators was broken the entire 10 days. The two remaining were fine during slow hours (early morning and late) but in the peak hours, there were often 5-10 minute waits for one. Getting on at the 15th floor often had us stopping at every floor on the way down, typically turning away folks at every level as we were full up. We walked the stairs (15 floors) up and down a few times.
