Also, close by is the Grande hotel and clubhouse with its selection of restaurants and bars.

The dining room and living room are both furnished well and spacious. The living room has a large screened TV surrounded by plenty of seating. The dining room offers seating for 6 with a beautiful wooden dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with stained steel appliances and granite countertops to prepare an elaborate meal or a mid-day snack. There is additional seating for 4 by the kitchen bar. Through sliding glass doors there is a private balcony with beautiful relaxing views and 2 chairs.

The first bedroom is a master bedroom that is furnished with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 full over full bunk beds. Lastly, the third bedroom is a master bedroom that is furnished with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The condo has free high-speed internet and free local calls. It also is smoke-free and pet-free.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
