It’s was a nice vacation house love it the pool was warm but the hot tub it’s not you have to pay for it to be hot other way we loved it

Our family stayed in this home for 6 nights and had a great time. The house was lovely and the beds were comfortable. We opted to heat the pool which was a good choice for the time of year we were there and made it possible for us to spend hours there when we weren't visiting parks or going on other adventures. Michael, our guest contact, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions and was always very quick to respond.

Plenty of rooms especially if you have a lot of adults. Pool very nice the cushions on the round chairs looked bad but without asking those were swapped out about 3/4 of the way through our trip. Have stayed in plenty of vrbos. This was very minimally stocked. Had to buy a can opener. Some houses will leave some welcome packs like dish soap etc to get you by for a day or two. Overall nice house. We did reach out about the air conditioning and the host responded right away. We reached out on the Internet and they responded but it would just not stay connected. Currently with all the construction it is at least 45 minutes to Disney and an hour to Universal depending on traffic but we did go at different times

The rugs were not clean. The bedding was OK. Not very crisp. Underneath the sheets in the Master Bedroom near the 2 queen beds. Something underneath the sheets was very uncomfortable. The bathrooms were cleaned. A small mouse ran across the pool area.

Simply amazing

My family loved this large spacious vacation home.. we were in awe the minute we walked through the door.. the house was very clean and smelled amazing.. the host went above and beyond to meet our needs .. we plan on staying again next year and the year after !!

A truly incredible property!

I was very impressed with this property. It really was a beautiful home. The house was very clean and well maintained. The pool area and outdoor kitchen was what sold us on this property, and it did deliver!The pool was well-heated and the hot tub was functional. The beds were comfortable as well.Definitely a five star rating for the property! Thank you for sharing this incredible property with us :) Whenever I decide on another trip back to Florida, it's a GUARANTEE that I'll choose your home again- it was wonderful-sincerely!

Incredible home!

As previous reviews have stated, the house is huge. There is a private suite that includes a master bed/bath and the twin bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom. This was exactly what my family needed as this allowed my husband and I to keep a close eye on the kiddos. The outdoor area was nice, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely consider this home again if we are in the area.

The house was beautiful and enough space for all of us. The circle seats by the pool are very dirty and the tops have tears in them. The BBQ grease hasn't been emptied in a long time and the smell was awful. Also the whole time we was there we had problems with the internet. It was so annoying because our kids wasn't swimming the whole time and couldn't even watch TV. They had the cable guy change something but it never was working good.

Private Castle near Disney!

This is our second time returning to this property, we love it so much! This is the biggest, most spacious house I've ever seen! If you're traveling with friends or family but still want privacy, this is the place for you! Every room has a private bathroom, TV and plenty of space, the house feels like a private hotel! It also has 2 giant living rooms and stunning kitchen with every appliance (and more!) you have at home. The whole house was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The gated community is beautiful, very quiet and safe!

We stayed at this property recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the layout of the house was excellent—each bedroom having its own attached bathroom made it really convenient for our group and added a nice level of privacy. The location was also great, and the resort itself was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. The host was responsive throughout our stay, and check-in was smooth, quick, and hassle-free.Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The house was noticeably dirty when we arrived, and we encountered cockroaches both inside and outside the property, which was very unsettling. Additionally, while the pool and hot tub were usable at first, they became increasingly murky toward the end of our stay, suggesting they weren’t being properly maintained.Overall, while the property has strong potential due to its layout, location, and attentive host, the cleanliness and maintenance concerns significantly impacted our experience.

The best house we ever stayed!

We’ve been vacationing in Orlando for the last 15 years and this is the best house we ever stayed at. The house was clean and neat upon arrival. The house was big enough for my big family. We were able to hang out comfortably in the first floor. We especially loved the grill that was build outside as we grilled every night and dipped into the very clean pool. The agent was fantastic and professional, we especially valued the fact that the house didn’t demand ridiculous check outs requirements. We recommend this place and definitely plan on coming back next year.-The Pineda Family of Massachusetts

Beautiful Home, Gated Community with HOA

The house and neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The only downfall is that it’s in a gated community with a very strict HOA so you have to be mindful of the amount of cars. We also noticed that the house was pretty bare bones as far as supplying things like soap, salt and pepper, tin foil etc. I suspect that this is because the owners have been burned before by guests stealing items. Overall the stay was lovely, the house is massive and fit all 11 of us comfortably. The host was extremely accommodating and answered my texts and calls whenever I had questions or needed to add someone to the driver list. Would definitely recommend this stay but be sure to be prepared to do some shopping beforehand.
