This house packs a punch in all the right ways.
Secure, fully fenced and gated property surrounded by decks and outdoor areas to enjoy.
Whether you want to go for a surf and a splash in the waves at the Main Beach, a quiet, laid-back swim or a family picnic on the beach at Pilot Bay, do a bit of casual upmarket shopping or grab a bite and a drink at one of many local restaurants, you can do so within a 2-minute walk. Every convenience the Mount has to offer is just around the corner from this house.
The house is split into 3 levels, with two full bedrooms and an amazing ground-level space.
Top level: Bedroom - large and spacious, with 2 x king single beds plus 2 trundlers, sleeps 4.
Middle level: Master bedroom- 1 king-size bed - sleeps 2, full bathroom, open plan kitchen and living room, a large deck and a mesmerising view of the Mount.
Ground level: features an entertainment room with a couch equivalent to a king-size bed ( you can sleep 2 more people more than comfortably), a full bathroom, a washer and a dryer.
Two SUP paddle boards are available on request for your use.
There are two outdoor showers you can rinse off under when you're back from the beach.
The driveway will accommodate 1 off-street park.
Please note: for long weekends, the booking is for a minimum of 3 days.
