The Space:

Feel at home and relaxed as you enter our 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom executive home which sleeps up to 12 in style. This 2 story home is perfect for your family's vacation, with living and dining areas in the 1st floor and a unique entertainment loft upstairs. We have paid great attention to every detail when we furnished this home and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do with our own family. Each room has modern decor, and has wall mounted flat screen LED Tv’s.



For those traveling with babies or young children, high chair, stroller, pack and play and baby gate are provided.

The Neighborhood:

All guests must be registered on the property gate access guest list. All drivers must have a valid Driver's License identification card matching the name registered on the guest list.

It features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theatre along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool.



Dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse. And, if you’re lounging poolside, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and libation while you soak in the sun. You deserve being pampered, while little ones are having the time of their lives playing organized resort activities overseen by trained chaperones.

Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: There is currently construction taking place behind the home. We apologize for any inconvenience.



1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.



2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.



3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.



4. Pool heat is additional fee if available. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.



5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.



6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.



7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.



8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.



9.This will be a self-catering house.
