Hockey tournament weekend

Cozy condo within walking distance of ice rink and Main Street. Had all we needed including a garage space. Saw a couple moose in parking lot on the way to an early game. A nice Surprise! Owner had great communication. Breckenridge is beautiful in the fall. Had a great stay. Thank you for having us.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location and was in great shape. The condo was large, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was really well stocked. I would highly recommend this place.

What a lovely, spotless, comfortable place to stay with the family. It's a home away from home. Ski shuttle around the corner, walking distance to Main street. All you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Very comfortable beds and linens ( soft cotton). We are looking forward to stay here again!

Could not have asked for a better location! Ski shuttle stop was just down the driveway and across the street. Easy in & out with the parking garage and ski locker, too.

Like visiting a good friend’s vacation home

This condo was clean and well loved. It was the equivalent of visiting a good friend’s vacation home. It is a bit dated, but kitchen was nice. I wish there was better lighting in the bedrooms, and there is a shortage of bowls and spoons. However We enjoyed the “extras” like coffee in cabinet, sleds in the closet, laundry pods, etc.

I will just say that it was an extremely negative experience all around (with both the owner and the Evolve management team)and I am thankful that other experiences I have had booking through VRBO have been very positive.

Christmasy in summer but nice

It's an old property with some outdated stuff and year-round Christmas decorations but I'm not the type of person to care about that - the price is so fair and everything was clean and well-stocked. Kitchen was lovely to cook in and had all needed items other than microwave, bathrooms had many towels and rags etc. I tried to contact the property manager to let them know one of their windows wasn't closing (the windows have no screens so not real open-able when it's hot unless you want to let flies in) so I hope they received it! Overall a very nice stay

Mixed feelings

This property has a great location - beautiful views and close to downtown. We loved being able to walk to the shops/restaurants. The code didn't work upon arrival which was frustrating. We had to contact the management business listed - business listed was no longer the management for this. Once we were able to get a hold of the owners, they were pleasant to work with. Listing states a garage is available for usage which was true during the week but full on the weekend so we parked outside. BUT - there are concerns with the actual condo: burned out lightbulbs, dead batteries in remote, no screens on windows (hazard and we almost had a bird fly in the condo and had to kill a bee as well as other insects), not enough toilet paper (had to buy our own), missing wheels on dishwasher made it clunky to use, and dirty spots in bedrooms and on mattresses. Most of the windows don't close properly due to rotted wood or broken locks. We got very warm in the condo. Suggestions to owner: -replace filters in fridge -dispose of old and expired food in cabinets. ICK!!! -clean dirty spots by bunk bed -replace broken trim wood in kitchen -replace door knob to patio -replace finicky lock on hall bathroom door We had a great time in Breckenridge but unless these things are addressed, we wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend.

Great overall experience

My only concern was the email from VRBO gave me a different code for the lock box and the only reason we got our keys was because someone who was working inside came out to help so if she wasn’t there it wouldn’t have been as convenient!

This condo was perfect for our visit to Breckenridge. Easy walk to downtown. The unit was comfortable , clean, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We will stay here again if it is available.
