Construction at Lighthouse towers.

Loud construction everyday including weekends. The pool was only available after 04:00 pm on weekdays. Guests and people who lived there were very unhappy with all the construction taking place at that condominium.

Thank you for your review. It is noted in the property description that construction is ongoing. The construction crew determines the need for temporary pool closures so unfortunately we are not notified in advance if that is to happen.

Sand Key's Treasure

Pinellas Vacation Rentals was accessible every time I called and went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed help with. Property's location is within walking distance to the Sand Key Mall, which has great restaurants, shops, and a boardwalk. The Trolley is a great asset to get to Clearwater Beach and there's a stop right outside the condo building. You feel secure in this area and the security guards in the building couldn't be nicer and more helpful. The condo unit was beautiful with breathtaking views of the Gulf on one side, and the Bay on the other side. The condo has beachfront access leading to a beautiful beach that is calm yet busy with lots of residents walking along the surf. The area is also beautifully landscaped and is a place we would like to return to every year!

St peterburg stay

Needs severe updating. Fridge went out; food ruined. Eds bad with bed bugs. 2nd bedroom musty due to storage of beach chairs and beach stuff in closet plus sink needs replaced due to leak in overflow hole. Sliding doors get stuck.

The fridge was replaced the following day that it went out and the unit was professionally inspected and there was no sign of bed bugs. The slider door tracks were also greased to allow for better movement.

Big mistake

Nice unit but dirty and dishwasher didn't work for first 25 days of our stay. Asked for refund and received no reply. Highly disappointed.

Not meant for anyone under 70

The apartment itself was a good size and fairly decent, but issues were; AC unit smelled horribly. Noise to kids bedrooms at the front Patio doors didn't open properly Shower door didn't shut, so leaked Dishwasher was mouldy A few other minor issues not worth mentioning The resort itself if the issue. The property manager, security guard (blonde women only) and old age residents watch you 24/7 for 'breaking rules' then threaten you with a $150 a day fine for breaching them. For example, my son was jumping in the pool (not bombing or acting a fool), and we were told no diving, nothing about not jumping. Then security told my son off. In addition, my children handed me a piece of pineapple whilst in the pool and that constituted a violation of rule....absolutely pathetic. You could not pay me to return here.

The on-site security manager had to call the property management company of the unit during this guest's stay due to their violation of rules and their blatant disregard for the safety of other guests and residents. The security guard was simply doing her job when she asked the children not to do cannonballs or dive (as the signs near the pool clearly state that is not allowed - not to mention it is a safety violation). The guests were also eating and drinking in the pool which is not allowed. There should not have been any surprise to this guest that he and his family were in violation of said rules as it is a requirement for guests to sign off on receiving the rules and regulations prior to their arrival. Further, the guest found things to complain about only after he and his wife were approached about the violations. The property is a lovely place to stay, and rules are necessary for all guests and residents to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment of the amenities.
