Unit 506 will give you that TOTAL Coastal Experience: from the updated Bahamian themed indoor living space with an un-obscured panoramic view of the coastline and beach; to the outdoor balcony space which will envelope you with 24 hour 'sounds of the sea' and the cool mid-day/afternoon shade and coastal breezes that are perfect for an afternoon siesta (nap) on the zero gravity lounger or enjoy the day at your dinette set for 2.
Mornings will start with amazing and ever changing Sunrises!
A nearby elevator will deliver you to the top floor of Sandcastle. Unit 506 deemed âA-top the Sandcastleâ is on the Beach view ( outward) facing portion of the east side of the building. It is the 3rd unit from the beach end of the building. This location affords you a path to the beach and pool/hot tubs that is near the elevator.
The newly remodeled, open concept indoor living space seeks to have all the top rated amenities for your enjoyment and comfort. They include:
âą King sized bed with a new, highly rated mattress. View the TV, Beach or Sunrise from the comfort of your bed. Blackout curtains can darken the room if you like.
âą 55â Roku streaming TV and cable enabled. * Two Coastal Themed & very comfortable swivel, rocker chairs to view both the TV & Ocean.
âą A Dinette table for 2 with plenty of space to eat, work or play games.
âą Kitchen: has full sized appliances: refrigerator with ice & filtered water, stove, and microwave. Choose your coffee style with a Keurig K-cup brewer or a brew a pot of coffee.
The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, utensils,, glassware, cooking non-teflon pans, bakeware, a crock pot as well as BBQ tools.
The BBQ pits are a short ride in the nearby elevator to the ground floor.
The private Bathroom is bright and cheery. You will find a vanity, a walk in shower and well 2 closets.
A portable type child size bathtub is there for any little ones.
A washer/dryer combo is also available.
If you desire a friends/family situation to be together yet have separate 'spaces' , you will find the owner's 1 bedroom Unit 508 next door with a connecting door into 506. Both units have the beautiful Bahamian feel that carries over to the next unit. The 1 bedroom unit is a separate rental.
This unit is equipped with an Ecobee Thermostat to protect this owner's investments.
