***KONE will be on-site beginning Monday, April 20th, through Friday, May 1st, to perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades to the elevators. Crews will be replacing elevator buttons on all floors and within the elevator cabs. One elevator will be taken out of service at a time throughout this period.***



***Painters will start painting entry doors on Monday, February 23rd. They will start work at 8:00 and work until approximately 5:30 pm. One crew will start on the 18th floor and work down, while the other crew starts on the 2nd floor and works their way up. Doors will have to be left propped open for approximately 3-4 hours while drying. There will be sanding involved in this project, so it will be noisy at times. The whole project is expected to take a month to complete. Dates subject to change.***



Sanibel 1405 is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo with an incredible view of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the 14th floor. Located just across the street from the beach, with public beach access on 13th Street, only 100 yards away.
