- The seasonal pool is open from early May to late September, and serviced typically on Tuesday & Friday depending on the weather. Please reach out before booking if you are unsure if it is open
- The property does have cell phone service and limited WiFi, but it may be spotty since the property is located in a rural area. Please check with your provider to confirm your service quality
- The detached garage is not available for guests to use
- The pool/game room does not have heat or air conditioning. After the pool is closed at the end of September, the water to the sink may be shut off depending on the temperature
- A boat is not provided, but guests can bring or rent their own to use the private dock
