This house was the perfect size and layout for our group of 5. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet close to beaches and attractions. It was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. We would definitely stay here again.
This was our second year staying at the property. We were surprised and so impressed with the new kitchen. Great job!! We look forward to seeing the updated bathroom next year(?). Thank you!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The gorgeous kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the supplies we needed for our stay. A comfortable and cozy living room was a highlight of the home. The directions for check in and check out were clear and easy. We would recommend to anyone visiting the Cape!
This was a perfect house for our family of 4 with room to spare. We chose this house based on the proximity to the bike trail and it did not disappoint. There is a fenced in yard with a back gate and a path that leads right to the cape cod rail trail bike path close to mini golf, restaurants and some shopping. We didn't have great weather so the bike excursions saved us! We were close to both bay side beaches and the national seashore beaches. The house itself is well taken care of and bright, sunny and clean. We were happy with all of the amenities, clean bedding, towels, nice furnishings, clean basement with a washer dryer. Kitchen was small and basic but it worked just fine for breakfast. There was also a nice grill but we like to eat dinner out so we never ended up using it. All in all a great rental and one of our favorites in the 10 years we've been renting. We'll definitely try to snag this one again next year!
For just under 1000 sq ft a lot of packed into this property. Spacious bedroom. Squeaky clean. Small but functional kitchen.
Loved the fenced in back yard w the table by the grill for dining.
Loved the location to Eastham beaches and Nauset key lighthouse beach.
Loved the washer and dryer in the cellar.
Central location. Orleans had the bigger supermarket.
There was a superette not far down the road by the turn for First Encounter beach
Arnoldâs although not fancy had some great seafood and chowder. Their ice cream was very good too.
Like the decore,
Not too nautical. Once again very very clean property.
