Modern 6-bedroom holiday home, thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. Divided into two self-contained units, each with 3 bedrooms, the house is connected by a shared laundry and separated by a garage. This listing is for the entire property, ideal for large groups or families.
Each unit has a central living space with dining, lounge, and a kitchen or kitchenette. The front unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, and a granite-top island, perfect for socializing. The rear unit features a convenient kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Both units include leather lounge suites, dining tables for 6, large smart TVs (65" and 55"), and fibre WIFI with Netflix and Disney+.
The house offers versatile sleeping arrangements:
â Bedroom 1 (front master): Super-king bed, ensuite, deck access
â Bedroom 2: Split super-king bed (convertible to 2 singles)
â Bedroom 3: King bed
â Bedroom 4 (rear master): Super-king bed, deck access
â Bedroom 5: Split super-king bed (convertible to 2 singles)
â Bedroom 6: Queen bed
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The front unit has 2 bathrooms, including an ensuite, while the rear unit has one.
The shared laundry provides 2 washing machines and a dryer.
The property offers ample off-street parking and is perfect for guests traveling with cars or boats. Although not within easy walking distance of town, itâs just a short drive to Kaikouraâs attractions.
Garage access can be arranged for fishing trips, including use of the fridge and freezer.

Neighbourhood
Our home is nestled near the end of the peninsula, in a peaceful and quiet cul-de-sac with no through trafficâperfect for a relaxing getaway and safe for children. Enjoy being within walking distance to the beach, scenic peninsula walkways, and the seal colony. For dining, shopping, or exploring, the Kaikoura town centre is just a 5-minute drive away. It's an ideal location to unwind while staying close to local attractions and natural beauty.
Parking
The property offers plenty of parking options:
âą A long driveway runs up the left side of the house.
âą A spacious area in front of the house provides convenient off-street parking.
âą A small space on the right side of the house is also available.
We also own the mostly empty section next door, which youâre welcome to use for parking, provided the ground isnât too soft (unlikely in summer). This space is perfect for parking boats or letting children play. Keep in mind, any guests at our other house will receive the same advice, so the area may be shared.
At the rear of the empty section are some shipping containersâone is ours, and the others belong to our neighbour, who owns Hunting & Fishing. Occasionally, you might see people accessing these containers.
