A large house with good size yard and nice outlook. It was ideal for our family group of 3 generations. Would be keen to book it again next time we do a family trip to Kaikoura.
Large house that was great for our family stay. There were some issues - minimal toilet paper, shabby cooking utensils and a terrible oven, quirky lighting, no rubbish facilities of any kind, general clutter and overgrown gardens that really detracted from what could be a nice place to stay.Mark
The house is suitable for a large group or multiple families sharing space. However the house does need an upgrade such as replacing torn curtain, change light bulbs etc. The host, Teri, is very responsive and easy to get in touch.
Had a great stay, perfect for families and those with children. The view out to the mountains and reserve is fantastic. Having the playground nearby was an added bonus!
Lots of off street parking and lots of space for the whole family.
Childrenâs bedroom no longer has bunks and has a bed with trundler instead, so slightly different than pictured. Cleanliness could have been improved but overall good and would stay again
Our second time staying here! Great communication from host, the house is very well set up for 2 families. Good location - private setting with kids playground and tennis court a short walk away, an easy walk to town.
House was comfortable enough but needed better up keep for the amount we paid. There were something's missing something's broken and garden was just completely unkept.
Great place to stay, great for entertaining spacious for 3 couples, was suppose to be 4.
Have stayed at this place before, lovely quiet suburb, close to Main Street for coffee, etc
Definitely will book again.
