- NOTE: Arrowhead Lake’s beaches and pools are only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day
- NOTE: During the month of June there is no pool or rental shack access during the week (Monday-Friday)
- NOTE: The HOA sometimes implements a burn ban and will distribute flyers to notify guests if a ban is in place
- NOTE: Guests are responsible for bringing trash to the trash/recycle center near the Welcome Center
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras located around the property, all facing outward. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
