Condo was very clean and well located for our needs. No pool use as it was December. No contact with owner. Check in was simple with provided instructions. Only issue was wi-fi was acting up and down much of the time. Overall a nice place that we would book again if we’re in the area.

Great location for golf trip with the guys. Access to the pool table and a huge TV are great.However some of the fixtures needs to be addressed: master toilet is wobbly and continues to run after flushing, master sink was clogged, and kitchen sink had some tust stains

Lovely and spacious getaway

The condo is clean, spacious, and super convenient to the pool! We loved watching the turtles, birds, and boats on the lake from the two decks. Plenty of space for our group. We would definitely stay again!

It was a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was good. Only 20 minutes from the Harley Davidson shop. 30 minutes from Bagnell Dam, which is where the bike rally was.

It was less than expected.

It was dated an not as clean as expected. Dirty diapers in a chest drawer, trash in a plant, holes in the wall.

Not clean

This property was quite dirty. One of the toilets looked like ot hadnt been scrubbed for quite some time, dishes in cabinets including cups and pans were disgusting and had food in them, the oven mitts were covered in fried food, living room stains on carpets, clumps of hair found in downstairs bathroom and a dried contact on the floor, and clumps of hair found in the bedroom. This property would have been oustanding had the place been clean.

Sibling reunion.

Overall this was a great place for us to hang out and visit for 3/4 days. The condo was clean and nice and lots of room with the downstairs. We liked the open concept so no matter what we were doing - cooking or playing games or watching tv, we were all together. Kevin, our contact person, was very helpful and communicated with us promptly. The only negative I can think of would be the blinds in the master bedroom and the living room downstairs do not pull completely together; thus, gives a little privacy concerns. We loved Ha Ha Tonka State park and it was only 5 minutes from our condo.

Amazing last minute get away

The condo was beautiful! It was clean and had SO much room. The back patio went straight to the pool and we could even sit on the patio and watch the kids swim. Beautiful view of the lake and everyone was SO nice. We will definitely rent this property again.

Great location for family trip

We had the best time visiting the Ozarks and staying in Camdenton. The condo was great. Alot of stairs and it is tucked in the corner (took us a minute to find it down at the lower level) But we loved it! The pool was a few steps right out the back door and their was a pool closet in the condo the kids found with goodies in it. We will be back.

Very clean!

Very clean and great space for 3 families with kids. Convenient location for the pool. Just wish you could swim off the dock in the lake.
