Welcome to Hilton Head Cabana 52!! Beautifully Updated Villa—Just Steps from the Beach!
Step into this stylishly updated villa, where luxury vinyl flooring and fresh furnishings create a welcoming and modern retreat.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals. The adjacent dining area seats four comfortably, while the living room features cozy furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a charming patio that overlooks the tranquil courtyard.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature new luxury vinyl flooring. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a Smart TV, while the guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed, also with a Smart TV. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the bedrooms.

Inside the Hilton Head Cabanas complex, you'll enjoy a serene, family-friendly atmosphere. The community offers a beautifully maintained courtyard and a refreshing pool for relaxation and play.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa. Please note that pets are not permitted on the back patio or in the central courtyard area.

Great stay!

This property is very well-appointed, clean, and just as described. Every little detail is thought of, beds as super comfortable, plenty of towels, great location with dedicated parking right at the front door. Beach chairs are provided too. We would definitely return!

Property was not very clean, had to wash all the sheets and needed vacuumed. Back door won't lock. Otherwise, great location to beach.

Great location

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property. The location was great. The kitchen was so well stocked with anything we could have needed. Cleanliness trumped anything that may have been lacking. Property management personnel were friendly and helpful. Loved the washer and dryer which appeared to be new. If you take your pet, note that the animals are not allowed in the “courtyard” area and you’ll have to go on a jaunt to do business.

Beautiful Condo - great location!

Fantastic experience. Super clean, nicely appointed- bright and beachy decor. Great touches throughout the condo. Well stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. Parking right out front of the unit with outdoor storage readily available for beach equip, bikes, etc plus wash off hose. . Family friendly. Nice pool area. Very convenient location - walk to the beach (literally across the street) and an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon! Highly recommend.

Walking to ciliginy park , shops , restaurants, bars , and ice cream was a added plus !! The pool was a great treat after a long hard day at the beach. I was a little surprised to find sand on the dining room chairs and a piece of old pepperoni under the TV unit. Aside from those I found the condo to be mostly clean and presentable. The only other issues was the garbage in the court yard. The can was overflowing. Fortunately in a few days the garbage was picked up and the smell went away.

Great location to beach, condo looks just like photos had every thing we needed .

Loved the convenience to beach. Restaurants, shopping all with in walking distance. Homeowner really thought of everything you might need condo was tastefully decorated , felt like home and vacation was very relaxing. Would rent this unit again .
