We were there for a wedding. This location was great. You can walk to restaurants and there is a big park nearby. When we needed a few more bath towels and clothes hangers, the owners were very good about getting these items for us.

This property had lots of space and plenty of beds for everyone. It was also very close to some great restaurants and a fun street. The house was great at communicating as well!

STL Family Reunion

Bachelorette weekend

Great stay for 10 ladies for a weekend. Plenty of rooms for sleeping and spreading out. Can easily walk between units.

The property was very good value for our large group. We were a bit skeptical about having to go outside to get between the two halves of the building, but it was easy to get used to. The division actually made it easier to juggle adult schedules and kid schedules. Street parking was extremely easy right in front of the house. Kitchens were sufficient for simple meals; if you want specialized equipment, best to bring it with. The host was very communicative, though there didn't seem to be much flexibility on check in/check out times. Overall a solid place for a large group to stay.

Conveniently located. We were close to all the sites we wanted to see; the Arch, the seminary college, the Zoo, and StLoius Art museum. Had a slight issue with the second door, as it was 2 units, but the help team resolved that right away!

It turned out to be a perfect set up as we were traveling with our kids and grandkids. Having two two units adjacent was perfect, with a keeping one side as a quiet side for naps and night time, and keep the other side for eating or noisier activities i.e. TV watching kids were sleeping. We were not there much over the weekend as we did not get there until 10pm Friday night for bedtime, then we were there Saturday morning for breakfast and Uber eats for an early lunch before the wedding ceremony, then we were back for a couple of nap hours and then back from the wedding around 10pm for bedtime, then left first thing Sunday morning. It was a perfect location in close proximity for the wedding and reception venue at Union Station. Everything we needed was provided and we had a great stay!

Great duplex in a great neighborhood!

This duplex was everything we needed for our family vacation. Family with younger kids valued having their own space for the kiddos and it was easy to hang out in each space. The house had everything we needed and the property managers were very communicative and accommodating of our request to check in early. The neighborhood is great! Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and so close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

Good location

This property is clean and well maintained. It is an older house, so small bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything we needed for making meals was in the kitchen. Nice TV. Not really extra bathroom hand towels and no extra kitchen towels. Has included the basic things that are nice to not have to bring, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper. Feels like a safe area, can walk to many things. Easy to get to the highways.

We rented out both units. One unit the code to get in worked the other one took a few emails and a call to get us in. However the host was VERY responsive, The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat meals at the unit. We did find some food under one of the couches that wasn't ours, while looking for a missing sock. Also we thought we would be able to go from 1 unit to the other without going outside which we were unable to do. That was important for us as we have a 4 and 6 year old that went back and forth a lot! We did make it work. The location is GREAT for seeing a lot of the sights St Louis has to offer!

Plenty of Space

Listing is as pictured and described. Plenty of space for the 11 of us to spread out. Clean and well-kept. Most of the places I’ve stayed have the bare minimum in the kitchen- but not here! Pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes. Everything needed to cook and serve a meal. The garbage disposal kept throwing the breaker and the dishwasher was on the same one. Not a big deal though. Location is great. Just minutes by car from the Arch, Union Station, City Museum. There’s also an Aldi just 7 minutes away. I recommend this place.

Family reunion

Our group used both units for a family reunion, ages 2 to 72. It worked out fine for us. There was plenty of room to gather on one side or the other while providing privacy for nap times as needed. The neighborhood provides a great urban setting with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. An interesting neighborhood for walks with Tower Grove Park close by. Not too far from city attractions such as The Arch, City Museum, Union Station, the Zoo and more. Having two complete kitchens was a plus. The bathrooms are on the small side, but definitely adequate. A couple of maintenance issues came up and the response was very quick. If a person has much difficulty with stairs, this would not be the place. Overall, this was a great choice for our family.
