This fully furnished 6 bedroom, 4 bath home has 2 fully stocked kitchens and is in the heart of Tower Grove and within walkable distance to great restaurants in the Hill neighborhood and South Grand restaurants. This unit has six queen beds and four baths in a spacious open first-floor layout with a kitchen on each side of the home. Enjoy modern amenities such as brand new Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, high definition cable, and a fully stocked kitchen if you feel inclined to cook!

The Neighborhood:
The Tower Grove East Neighborhood is a strong south St. Louis City neighborhood rich in community spirit and architectural splendor. TGE is just to the east of Tower Grove Park and is one of the neighborhoods adjacent to the Grand South Grand area centered at Grand and Arsenal. Tower Grove East has a great hometown feel; it is not uncommon to run into neighbors you know at local shops and restaurants. We hope you will take some time to visit the Tower Grove East Neighborhood.

Close by you will find the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants, and shops with miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum.
Foods from around the world are served at nearby restaurants on Grand Ave with no shortage of Italian restaurants on “The Hill” nearby.

Access to major freeways is convenient to take in a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium then visit the arch and riverfront, stop by beautiful Soulard, or tour the Anheuser-Busch brewery for some free samples!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Basement is for access to washer and dryer and not intended for living or gatherings as it is unfinished.

Whatever you need, I am a phone call or text away. I can help with sporting events, restaurants and sight seeing ideas. The condo has a brochure with information on the local area along with information on the property. Nest enabled door locks and thermostat make self check-in 24 hours a day a breeze.

Great duplex in a great neighborhood!

This duplex was everything we needed for our family vacation. Family with younger kids valued having their own space for the kiddos and it was easy to hang out in each space. The house had everything we needed and the property managers were very communicative and accommodating of our request to check in early. The neighborhood is great! Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and so close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

Good location

This property is clean and well maintained. It is an older house, so small bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything we needed for making meals was in the kitchen. Nice TV. Not really extra bathroom hand towels and no extra kitchen towels. Has included the basic things that are nice to not have to bring, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper. Feels like a safe area, can walk to many things. Easy to get to the highways.

Plenty of Space

Listing is as pictured and described. Plenty of space for the 11 of us to spread out. Clean and well-kept. Most of the places I’ve stayed have the bare minimum in the kitchen- but not here! Pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes. Everything needed to cook and serve a meal. The garbage disposal kept throwing the breaker and the dishwasher was on the same one. Not a big deal though. Location is great. Just minutes by car from the Arch, Union Station, City Museum. There’s also an Aldi just 7 minutes away. I recommend this place.

Family reunion

Our group used both units for a family reunion, ages 2 to 72. It worked out fine for us. There was plenty of room to gather on one side or the other while providing privacy for nap times as needed. The neighborhood provides a great urban setting with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. An interesting neighborhood for walks with Tower Grove Park close by. Not too far from city attractions such as The Arch, City Museum, Union Station, the Zoo and more. Having two complete kitchens was a plus. The bathrooms are on the small side, but definitely adequate. A couple of maintenance issues came up and the response was very quick. If a person has much difficulty with stairs, this would not be the place. Overall, this was a great choice for our family.
