Apache Pines w/ AC & Summer Pool Access!

Welcome to Apache Pines! Nestled among the trees, our Apache Pines Cabin is a charming & well cared for cabin in the heart of the Sierras. Stay cozy and warm with the gas log stove and central heating during the winter months while enjoying the air-conditioning during the summertime!

On the main floor, you'll find two lovely bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with a queen. Additionally, the main floor has a living room, dining area that opens to the spacious deck, kitchen & full bath. Once downstairs, you'll love the bonus room with a gas log stove, as well a another full bedroom that has a queen bed and twin bunk bed, a full bath, and laundry area.

Unwind with books, games and puzzles The fully stocked kitchen offers ample pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to cook up your favorite meals at the cabin. Gas grill and bbq tools on site. You'll love the upper and lower decks for outdoor relaxation!

With summer access to Big Trees Village Recreation Center, you'll enjoy access to 2 pools, snack bar, playground, tennis & bocce courts, and much more! Apache Pines is the perfect retreat for relaxation or to fulfill all your outdoor adventure desires.

Accessibility: There are several stairs from the driveway to the front porch. Downstairs is accessible only via interior or exterior stairways.

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
