The advertisement for the apartment never mentioned that it had two bedrooms. It mentions only one bedroom and a living room. From the photos, you can also notice that the living room is separated from the bedroom by a corridor and a door, isolating the two spaces. The air conditioning works very well when the instructions are followed. It is not our fault if the guest does not use it correctly. Due to misuse, the guests broke the toilet flush on a Sunday. We immediately contacted a technician who tried to fix it. Unfortunately, the stores to buy the replacement part were closed on Sundays. The next day, we attempted to repair it, but it was not possible because the guests were not at home. Regarding the check-out time, it was impossible to have someone available at 5 am. For acceptable hours, we are always available to assist with the check-out. This review is a sad surprise, as I was in communication with the guest throughout their stay, and they never mentioned the complaints they are raising now.
