The villas do not have air conditioning, since it is not needed for the relatively short, mild summers in Avon.

- Owners and guests have access to the Avon Recreation Center across the street from Sheraton Lakeside Terrace at Mountain Vista. There is not access to the Sheraton Mountain Vista pool or fitness center.

The pools at Avon Recreation Center include a five-lane, 25-yard lap pool, lazy river, 140-foot water slide, aquaclimb climbing wall, and diving well. For kids, there’s a zero-depth entry pool featuring fun animal character sprayers, bubblers, fountains and age-appropriate slides.

FITNESS CLASSES
A broad range of group fitness classes are offered six days a week in the spacious aerobics studio of the Avon Recreation Center.
