Subsequently, no evidence of bed bugs was found, and we promptly shared the proof with Evolve. Additionally, an exterminator visited the property post your stay and found no signs of pest activity. However, as a precautionary measure, the property was treated accordingly.-At Evolve, we prioritize guest feedback and meticulously review each case to ensure a fair resolution. Our records indicate that you were issued a refund, although we apologize for any inconvenience caused by any delay in its processing.We do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

The power had gone out and we needed to check the circuit breaker. I deeply apologize for the medication bottle being left - that was a complete mistake and was not intentional, however, we understand your concern - We also apologize for the smoke smell, which was left behind by the previous guests.
