The space

As you step onto the property, you'll be captivated by stunning lake views that set the tone for the beautiful living space within. The main level boasts a welcoming living room, a cozy dining area, three comfortable bedrooms, and a well-appointed full kitchen and breakfast bar complemented by a modern bath, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and entertaining.

The second floor boasts a charming loft area that serves as a workspace with panoramic views of the first floor and lake, creating an airy and inspiring atmosphere. This space seamlessly transitions into a spacious and serene master suite, which features a generous walk-in closet and an opulent master bath complete with a luxurious two-person jetted tub and a separate shower for added comfort.

The lower level is designed for both comfort and entertainment, with a fifth bedroom, laundry room, and third bathroom complementing a spacious media room ideal for movies and games. It also includes a cozy family area featuring a fireplace, a second fridge, and a wet bar, all nestled in a rustic woodsy ambiance that beautifully links to the lakeside patio, making it perfect for gatherings and leisurely moments.

The lower concrete patio area, complete with a wood pellet BBQ grill and plenty of seating, not only provides a perfect setting for outdoor cooking and dining but also serves as a versatile hub for activities such as fishing, swimming, playing bags, enjoying bonfires, reading, or just relaxing in the sun, all while connecting smoothly to the fire pit area and our private dock.

The four levels of decks between our houses offer a perfect outdoor retreat, each featuring plenty of seating to relax or entertain. The top level is especially inviting, boasting a covered roof, comfortable couches, a dining table, a cozy LED fireplace, and a 65-inch TV, making it an ideal spot for gatherings or to escape the elements.

Please note that while we do not offer boats, jet skis, or kayaks, we do have lifts available for your watercraft, including a pontoon and speed boat lift, as well as two jet ski lifts that can be reserved if you choose to bring your own or rent from Northpoint Marina.

It's important to clarify that the four levels of decks, firepit, and dock shared between our two mirror-image homes are designated as common areas. This arrangement is not only ideal for fostering a sense of community but also enhances the potential for larger gatherings, especially when we plan to rent out the second home in the future, allowing a combined accommodation capacity of 24 guests.

The entire home is accessible, except for the garage and 3 storage closets. You must go down one flight of stairs to get to the main level of the home. Bedroom 4's open ceiling design creates an airy and spacious atmosphere. We decorate for each season and holiday.
