When you first arrive you will find ample parking in the long gravel driveway. Head up the stairs in front of you to enter the main house and get your vacation started. You first walk into the Bunk Twin room where you have a Twin bed and a bunk bed with a Twin on top and Double Futon on the bottom. This room also offers a flat-screen Smart TV and closet space. As you go through the property you come to the Master Bedroom which offers a king bed and Flat Screen TV. NEW for 2024: Enjoy a private ensuite full Bathroom! Next, you will find the large shared bathroom complete with a walk-in luxury 6-head shower, and enclosed garden tub. Soak away the day with the stunning ocean view from the large one-way picture window. Across the hall, you come to the final bedroom in the main house, which offers a Queen bed.

Head down the hall and soak in the incredible views through multiple oceanfront windows. The spacious kitchen was designed with a chef in mind. Ample counter space gives you room to whip up amazing meals for the whole family, and perks like an over-the-stove pot filler faucet, stainless steel appliances, and well-stocked cabinets with all of your basic cooking needs make the chore of cooking a breeze. The kitchen island provides space for prep work as well as seating for 3 to enjoy those amazing meals. The rest of your family will be comfortable around the dining table that offers 6 chairs. Extra chairs are provided for when you have a full house that wants to eat together. The open living room invites you to kick back and relax while watching the tide roll in. From the couch you have a front-row seat to the ocean action. You can also enjoy the large wall-mounted Smart TV with Roku streaming service and DVD player. Step through the sliding glass doors and feel the good vibes wash over you as you look out at the stunning ocean that is just steps away. With direct beach access off the deck, you will be down on the sand in no time. When you just want to sit and enjoy the view, relax in any of the many chairs and rockers provided.

On the ground level of this property, you will find the Mother-in-Law suite and the separate laundry room with a half bath. You access these spaces from outside on the driveway side of the property. The Mother-in-Law suite includes a living area, kitchenette, full bath with shower, and a private bedroom with a Queen bed and Flat Screen Smart TV. The living area has comfortable seating and a Flat Screen Smart TV as well. Counter space, bistro tables, and a microwave are provided so that you don't have to go all the way upstairs when you need a snack. A full-size fridge with a freezer is tucked away in the separate laundry room for easy snack storage. This suite offers your family enough space to spread out during your stay, and enjoy some peaceful time relaxing without crowding each other in the main living area. The separate laundry room offers a full-sized stackable washer and dryer, counter space, and access to the half bath.

The ground-level covered deck areas are great spaces to hang out outside when the weather is acting up. Grill up some burgers out front or watch the waves from the backside of the house. An enclosed outdoor shower is tucked away below the stairs so that you can rinse off after a long day on the beach. The shower is large enough to double as a storage space for your beach gear as well! The owner has left a few chairs and boogie boards for guests to use during their stay.
