This modern Executive villa features reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in the upper living area and Master bedroom on the lower level. The open planning style accommodation on the upper level lends itself to entertaining. The upper level includes spacious kitchen, dining and living areas with open out to a balcony with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities where you can enjoy socialising, a glass of wine or 2 or your morning and afternoon coffees. A separate toilet is conveniently located on this level, along with a laundry equipped with washer and dryer.
Villa 38 has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6. All bedrooms are located on the lower level and equipped with wardrobes. The master has a Queen Bed, wall mounted TV, ensuite access and verandah deck outlook to the picturesque sand dunes. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Trio bunk bed. These bedrooms have access to a generous size second bathroom with large shower area, vanity and toilet facilities..
Single carport provided. Additional cars may be parked in the designated community parking bays within the South Shores complex.
